The new showroom for Vegas Sports, located in Sector 29, Gurgaon, is a play haven for kids and sports lovers alike. Crafted by The Picturesque Studio using a product-first design language, the store is spaciously laid out to create seamless visual connections. The design scheme employs subtle, subliminal hints that encourage people to explore the space: ample circulation space, and nooks that unfold within a meandering layout.
The brief was to design a house for a father son duo, who had recently lost the lady of the house.
CONCEPT
The idea was to design a house that brings its occupants in close contact with elements of nature in order to lend a strong spiritual character. The overall concept was devised as the free plan with interconnecting volumes, that emphasize the sense of nothingness overlooking the courtyard & a blank stone wall painted in light. Spaces like courtyard & verandah were reinterpreted to suit the urban context.
To design a house for a single old lady & her tenants for ensuring security.
CONCEPT
The concept was devised as a free plan around a central courtyard. The levels & accesses were carefully divided between the lady and the tenants to allow for comfort & privacy.

The boys’ hostel building at the St. Andrews Institute of Technology and Management by ZED Lab is a meticulously designed, well-engineered residential complex that obtains its character from the basic building block – the brick. The building maintains a strong horizontal emphasis and utilizes a restrained material palette consisting of fair-faced concrete exposed in the robust supporting structure in the façade. The design of the hostel block creates a sense of community and reflects the contemporary nature of the university buildings. It houses a fluid sequence of socially functional and environmentally sustainable spaces.
The Chintels Corporate Park is conceived as a boutique office complex where efficiency meets clean and contemporary aesthetics to create a landmark office building in the suburban commercial hub of Gurgaon. The project is visible along a flight descent and is designed to be iconic and distinctive through its form. As one moves down from Dwarka express line of the Delhi airport, the crown is witnessed along with the rhythmic stepping of the green terraces.
As one meanders through the busy bustling roads of Udyog Vihar commercial hub in Phase 4, one really can’t miss the imposing terracotta cladded edifice with its imposing presence around the corner. The address neighborhood has found its landmark in the form of 505, Udyog Vihar called Konterra.
Located at a prominent location of Udyog Vihar at the gateway of Gurgaon near the bygone toll plaza off NH-8, Konterra is at a stone throw distance from Indira Gandhi International Airport – IGI Airport, with just a mere 10 minutes from the airport. That’s a perfect location for the travelling working professionals in Konterra to enjoy a sweet ride where their not-so-blessed compatriots are struggling to get to the airport from other locations. It can veritably be garlanded as the best location in Udyog Vihar, easily accessible from NH-8. Flanked by NH-8 and the Old Delhi Gurgaon Road, Konterra’s residents enjoy a twin commutable spine which otherwise is a terrific boon to already road strapped users in Gurugram.
The unusual brief for the project required two buildings, a furniture factory and display center and an adjacent building, both owned by the client, to be visually connected so as to provide a united front to the viewer.
Where most of the fitness centers around the world follow set rules of planning and interiors, Moksha was inspired by a will to define a new language for exercise and training centers.
The client desired an extension to the existing gymnasium including a Spa and Spinning studio. This was to be housed in the basement. As a result, the architects were faced with the dual problems of limited space and limited budget.
