In keeping with the inventiveness, pioneering nature, and innovative and contemporary vision of terroir invoked by François Pouliot and Stéphanie Beaudoin, the founders of La Face Cachée de la Pomme (LFCP), the firm Fournier, Gersovitz, Moss, Drolet et associés architectes (FGMDA) designed the renovations to the cidery – the sales and production facilities and the family residence.
