The Barreiros Association is a non-profit institution, private, that serves students of public schools in Ilhabela, a town placed in an island, seaside in the southeast of Brazil, in the turn of classes, aiming to contribute to the formation of conscious citizens, socially integrated and prepared for the plein the exercise of their citizenship. It seeks to promote a reflective and inclusive education, linking learning and life.
In June 2019 we were invited to design the reform of the Association’s cafeteria and to create a contiguous space that had the function ofrecreational space and coexistence, especially for rainy days, and at the same time could be used for various events.
