Trilegal, a leading full‐service law firm in India, recently inaugurated its new office in Delhi. With over 600 lawyers across existing offices in Mumbai, Gurugram and Bengaluru, the firm holds a reputed stature in the legal industry.
After the successful completion of their Mumbai office project, Trilegal entrusted Ultraconfidentiel Design with yet another branch for their growing team.
Trilegal acquired a space of 40,000 Sq.Ft. on the first floor of a corporate facility in the bustling business neighbourhood of Saket District Centre in New Delhi. Drawing inspiration from the firm’s value systems of diversity and inclusion, meritocracy and transparency, the workspace carves out two sections connected through a central circulation core. One‐half of the floor is dedicated to meeting rooms for confidential client meetings, while the other side offers the users an open‐plan workspace and cabins.

‘Live in the lap of nature’. Every human mind wishes for it. We, architect at 3dor concepts were shown with a site literally in natures lap, in the foothills of lush western ghats in north Kerala. Site was also close to popular hill station Wayanad. The young client Binil Thomas wanted a single storeyed four bed house. He is a management professional working mostly in big Indian cities demands a peaceful space in the same piece of land where he spent his childhood living with his parents and siblings. His father was a successful farmer and they had already planted different kind of plants already in site.
Located on a linear site within a quiet residential community, the form of the house unfolds to envelope a generous garden court within. The three wings are distinct in function, containing a semi covered party area in front and the private bedroom wing at the back. Bridging these two is the wing containing the living, dining and staircase spaces and forms the heart of the house. Connected to the courtyard through a series of timber sliding doors spanning almost fifty feet, it features a double height volume capped by a large concrete roof which cantilevers three meters over the garden area. Continuous horizontal slits below the roof form a counter point to the heaviness of the concrete and create a delicate connection to the rest of the building while also bringing in a diffused light quality to the spaces below. The large openings are amply shaded and the horizontal slits allow for the hot air within to escape creating airy and cool interior spaces. A simple and restrained material palette of exposed concrete, kota stone and teak wood serve to highlight the quality of light and allow the experience of the courtyard to take center stage.
The client approached us with the willingness to design a jewellery boutique at one of the prime locations in Ahmedabad, named CG Road. This 1500 sq. ft. carpet area boutique store is designed to be serene, with neutral white walls and minimal texture added by veneering furniture.
The main aim of the design was to amalgamate creativity, functionality, and practicality to provide a completely immersive experience to the client and the customers. It was to be kept in mind that the design should not only be trendy and refreshing but also maintain a certain degree of the classic timelessness the brand stood for.
Dipak & Company, a renowned Jewellery Business House in Mumbai, India, needed to expand their existing office building, to add various other departments to their business. The existing building housed their Diamond Polishing & Cutting Departments but they needed to add a Jewellery Creative Design Research & Development Department, for which they needed two additional floors to be added to the building.
An unorthodox retreat nestled in a newly rediscovered and revamped urban market space. Aesthetics splashed with Pan Asian flavours, firmly rooted in the idea of bringing the vigour of izakayas to the heart of the country’s bustling capital. Akachōchin is Studio Dangg’s eccentric endeavour to capture the essence of Japan’s age-old street bars, and curate a space conducive to casual conversations and mirth over endless courses of food and drinks.
Designed for a family who are well travelled and take great pride in their adventures, the Wanderlust Villa aims to capture their adventurous spirit through insightful architecture and interior design. Be it an Irish bar, a Moroccan riad, or even a 60’s style home theatre, Studio Bipolar tried to stay true to the look without any compromises.
Pleasing Interiors is all about the right proportions of material and textures along with balancing client’s requirements & an effective program. This is a 4-member family apartment having a total carpet area of 2200 sq. ft. The initial brief of the client was that it should be stylish, subtle & under-stated luxury but at the same time it should have its separate functional value.
The unchallenged grandeur of a city that still draws breath, confined to a space that emulates Roman architecture, Baardos La Citta , a fine dining venue is weaved into the urban fabric of the city – Delhi, India. The design identity being inconsequential to its surroundings, creates an ecosystem within, to disconnect its users from the outside world.
With rudimentary elements encompassing the site, the artistic language of this spatial magnificence mimics the inward-looking Domus to avert the user’s eye from the crummy view. The nonchalant viewer experiences serenity through this unconventional milieu offering exquisite food, refreshing greenery, a grand waterfall, and natural sunlight, all while being indoors.
