Inset House in Bekasi, Indonesia by Delution Architect

Inset House is derived from an Intersection concept that takes place in a Residential Building, where “Flying Garden” becomes a deliberately inserted object to the front of the building to provide various benefits for this house when inhabited by its inhabitants.

Sahid Kuta Lifestyle Resort in Bali, Indonesia by Enviro Tec

Sweeping 250 metres along a bustling beachside street, the Sahid Kuta Lifestyle Resort offers a new lifestyle hub typology. The project covers 3.2 hectares and contains two zones: the ‘Beachwalk’ retail lifestyle hub, and the five-star Sheraton Hotel Kuta Bali resort. The design concept was inspired by the terraced paddy fields that dot the Balinese landscape.

Parabolic Plywood Office in Tangerang, Indonesia by RAW Architecture

Located in Alam Sutera, Tangerang, as it completed in 2016, Puncak Keemasan Group Office occupies 2.450 sqm of built area. The building is intended as office for several companies, which is a noticeable challenge in programming scheme. As part of given solution, the design proposes permeable transition to create unifying ambience with structural parabolic shape made by plywood while maintaining separation inside each chamber. Material that used as main language is plywood that covered almost all interior office. The result is jungle-like hall which connect every room with tree bookshelf and library as its main hub.

Cinemaxx Junior, a colourful, kids-friendly integrated cinema with playground in Indonesia, has been awarded the ”Best Leisure or Entertainment Venue” accolade at FX International Design Awards 2016 in London. For its groundbreaking design concept, Cinemaxx Junior beat out 9 shortlisted entrants to emerge the winner in the Leisure or Entertainment Venue category.

Seroeni is a casual Peranakan Chinese cuisine restaurant, derived from the other word for chrysanthemum, which is renowned as one of the Four Gentlemen in Chinese – East Asian art and the Japanese Emperor official seal. Seroeni aims to introduce Peranakan Chinese food, also knowns as “Nyonya” cuisine which was invented by the descendants of Chinese immigrants who came to the Malay archipelago and British Malaya (now Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore) between the 15th and 17th centuries.. Inspired by the food, the design concept is formed.

Located at Jl Senopati Raya no 64, Jakarta –Indonesia.  3rd avenue, another venture by the people behind Wilshire and Bottega Ristorante.  Senopati is a highly known area for  foodies’ destination, with the rapid number of restaurants growth in this elite neighborhood. 3rd Avenue is located just above Wilshire Restaurant at the 3rd floor.The name 3rd Avenue comes from the 3rd street in Los Angeles, a major east and west thoroughfare.  This Whiskey Bar & Lounge is designed to be posh, modern and also classy. The upside of having this location of is that it’s located near  Jakarta’s central business district ,hence the breathtaking,magnificent skyline view from the rooftop of this bar.

DESIGN CONCEPT  

Located  at Senopati 64 – South Jakarta – Indonesia, Jakarta’s pop-up urban district, Wilshire is a casual dining restaurant, which is also the name of one of the boulevards in Los Angeles. Wilshire aims to introduce Californian cuisine and lifestyle to the Indonesian market, but not to forget to also promote the “Wilshire Experience.” Offering  wide variety of fresh gourmet californian dishes, the place also boasts its liquor collections with single malt whiskies and exotic vodkas.

Lemongrass is a casual dining restaurant in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. Situated near important landmarks like the Presidential Bogor Palace and the famous Bogor Botanical Garden, one of the oldest and largest botanical garden in the world, Lemongrass’s design concept is derived from taking a closer look into Bogor. What many people don’t know about Bogor is that Bogor is only sixty kilometers away from Indonesia’s capital, Jakarta. Bogor or “Buitenzorg” as people would call it during the Dutch colonial era served as the summer residence of the Governor General of East Indies. “Buitenzorg” itself means “without a care” in dutch, mirroring the beauty of Bogor that makes people have no worries and feel safe and secure.

Bottega Ristorante in Jakarta, Indonesia by Einstein & Associates

DESIGN CONCEPT

Located  at Mega Kuningan, The Golden Triangle of Jakarta’s central Business District. Bottega Ristorante  is one of the newest european concept  restaurant with modern touch in the capital of Indonesia.  This Italian Restaurant concept inspired by 1960 Italian comedy – drama film written and directed by Federico Fellini. The film follows Marcello Rubini, a journalist writing for gossip magazines, over seven days and nights on his journey through the “sweet life” of Rome in a fruitless search for love and happiness.  At this film the glamour life  and lavish lifestyle from the actress shown everyday at her life. The chosen concept for this particular project is “La Dolce Vita”, meaning the good life, a mixing of posh and classy while still taking industrial design as the glue between the two. We want every customers come to this restaurant feel the posh and classy ambience. The restaurant  itself is a freestanding building at Danamon Bank Tower (Menara Bank Danamon) area.  Taking into considerations that the area is full of office towers and same looking buildings, Bottega Ristorante is built to be a breath of fresh air and truly remind people to live “La Dolce Vita”.

Located in Taman Meruya Ilir, West Jakarta region, Istakagrha meaning brick house,Situated in the increasingly crowded West Jakarta area, the 180 sqm house occupies a 150 sqm plot of land, 10m x 15m. Istakagrha is reflected by its name, brick House, it is a small and compact house with a orange painted color on the light weight brick, black colour , and rough concrete texture finishes.The expression creates humble and distinctive look.
