The project is located in one of the Tehran’s southern neighborhoods named Hamam-Chaal. The continuous walls are extended through the alley and houses with more than a hundred years old are behind them. The adjacency of this area with the bazaar resulted in changing in its use in the city’s detailed plan, from residential to small commercial use.
Villa No. 07 is a small villa for the weekend which has been built on a relatively steep slope site plan. The client wanted this villa to be a good place for small and friendly parties. Therefore, it seemed that open and semi-open spaces can play an important role in creating more attractiveness and spatial diversity.
Our lives are surrounded by our dreams; our time passes in the hope of having a future and turns into memories resulting in our days being filled with the joy of past memories and future hopes. The key idea of this project was inspired by the track “High Hopes” by Pink Floyd.
The project is located on Chizar Sq. in Tehran, Iran. It covers a surface of 300 sq. The initial position of the project aims to provide a unique Restaurant where knowledge sparks will be lighted through multidisciplinary communication. The concept of this design roots in the traditional form of Iranian architecture. Space is characterized by the use of traditional arch form, which visually defines the space organizing the functional program: an amazing Entrance, kitchen, dining areas, a virtual reality room, and a coffee shop. In order to achieve a modern space alongside a symbol of Iranian architect for the users, two groups of semicircular arches are set in the main hall and they continued to the facade. These overhead arches aim to separate the whole large space into several delicate smaller zones in which sound fields are more focused and clear.
It is inevitable that the innate trend of human being is tangled to natural landscape, The location of p[roject is Mosha site in the vicinity of north side of Tehran in domains of Alborz mountains.
Intensive topography and location between mountains with sightseeing to flat plain of Mosha, inspired us to create sense of suspension and wide view for all spaces.
Our goal of merging nature with human life led us to have vertical distribution of functions with less land occupation for building and hence allocates more portion of land to design landscape.
The project is located on a residential periphery of Mahallat ,262 kilometers southwest of Tehran (capital of iran) with the hot and dry climate. Area surrounding the city is rich with travertine which is mainly because of the two significant travertine local mines called Hajiabad and Abbasabad.
With a total built area of 20000 square meters, this dual complex was designed to serve the needs of Cinnagen biopharmaceutical company headquarters. The complex consists of two separate yet attached volumes: a warm, cozy, brownish brick building as the administrative zone with its inner small gardens for each office, and a second building dedicated to the production zone with its white patterned surface. These two volumes are connected to each other with different pedestrian bridges in different parts of the two buildings.
Niloufar villa with a total area of 700 m2 is constructed on an area of 800 m2 in Lavasan.
This project is located in a relatively dense urban neighborhood in a narrow, uneven terrain. The owner decided to use the villa temporarily for holidays and the program was based due to this fact.
In addition, his desire was to build the maximum possible construction and use of heights for a wider prospect due to lack of land for landscaping.
Due to the limited width of the terrain in the northern section where the villa should be constructed, the architects, decided to layout the spaces considering the limitations and spaces priority. In this way, the whole project is categorized internally and externally to a specified mass that shows inside and outside as an integrated unit, and this integration brings freedom of action for the residents.
Villa Didaar is located in an area where the Caspian Sea and the green mountains of Northern Alborz meet. As requested by the client, the main objectives of the architect were creating a fluid and transparent connection between the sea view and the green landscape around, as well as interconnecting the interiors while having separate and defined spaces for a large family to rest and feel cozy, plus an immediate connection with the environment outside.
Therefore, the large Villa has been designed in three separate sequences, which slide on each other in a free and independent way, while keeping the unity of the entire building as a whole: “Ground floor” (including the swimming pool, saunas, sport area), “The middle floors” (including family spaces, family and guest bedrooms and living rooms in two floors), and the “upper floor” (consisting of the guests’ separate suites and a common sitting area) which gives a wide view over the surrounding landscape.
