Shila chain restaurant was established in 2001 and they started to sell special hot dog until now. According to their goals, they decided to change the old interior design for their all branches because they need a new interior design to show new their approach for new customers and young customers.one of the important things is hot dog… because this food isn’t traditional food for Iranian people and this restaurant wants to show a new lifestyle to eat Hot dog.
But That new interior design and new lifestyle must be according to Iranian’s culture.
It is inevitable that the innate trend of human being is tangled to natural landscape, The location of p[roject is Mosha site in the vicinity of north side of Tehran in domains of Alborz mountains.
Bazar Tehran is One Of The Most Famous Traditional Market in The Iran.
This Project was The Renovation Of an Industrial Warehouse that Built in The 1982. That Was Used, Now We must Reconstruction For New Activity. The Project Had Allowed Us To Renovate an Old Industrial Building to Show The Effect That The Usage of The Building Has Had on The Neighborhood Where The Building is Located.
The first concept of the project was having a space for the display products from near and far, a showcase for products fine display with a suitable lighting for attract audience and on the other hand, we should pay special attention to the broad scope of the shop from far distance. Corporate color are black and white so we was used white for wall covering and black glasses for shelves to emphasize.
Vandad Ecologic Tower was commissioned by an affluent developer from the city of Mashad, in Iran; who has recently become interested in incorporating passive green energy strategies to his development portfolio. Originating from a small town himself, the client stipulated that Vandad Ecologic Towers must implement elements of small-town lifestyle in the design.
The building site is located in Tehran in a region formerly populated with private gardens and orchards. However, with the passage of time and an exponential rise in property value the area has experienced a rapid transformation into an aggregation of high-rise structures for the wealthy.
The location of the Emam Reza religious and cultural complex in the cultural zone of Tehran (the capital of Iran) oriented the project towards creating an urban space for social interaction and participation of different generations and social groups.
The project is located in an inner-lot, with limited street access. However, situated low and deep inside the organic fabric of the neighborhood, it overlooks a riverbed at the back.
At the heart of one of the busiest zones of Karaj, Valiahdi Commercial Complex is located in a vehicular-pedestrian boulevard. Taking into account the high volume of pedestrians in the area, it was important for the design team to create a multidimensional facade which respects the observer from various angles and creates an intimate connection between the building and the city.

During the last decades there has been a major shift in architectural patterns in Iran especially in overpopulated urban areas. The old architectural patterns were originated from cultural and religious belief of the residents.
