Between the hemp shives and mud walls, the secondhand refurbished doors and furniture, and the fully involved family – the biggest star, was the view..
Located on the edge of a cliff, overlooking the Sea of Galilee, the house's interior design expresses a vision of nature, a deep scenery connection, and the individual and authentic expression of the household members. This unique project is a strong collaboration between interior designer Merav Zohar, architect Kfir Wax, and the clients Noa &Ynon, who together formed a localized creation that tells the story of an Israeli family – rooted and value driven, creative, modest and highly talented.
The lobby is located in a building which belongs to a real estate group purchasing buildings around the world and renting them to different companies. We were chosen to design a lobby to one of their buildings in Kfar Saba, Israel.
Right at the beginning of the project, the brief we received from the clients is that the lobby contains different types of seating and that the place must feel welcoming and cozy.
Living by our “user experience design” motto, we be naturally kicked off the design of the new FYBER offices in Israel, by first getting in touch with our actual users, forming a focus group with 15 company employees. This allowed us to tap into the culture, vibe and mindset of the company, and translate that into a clearly defined, user-driven office design strategy. In this way, we were able to create the ideal working environment for Fyber, capturing both the brand spirit, and the hearts of those who work in it.
This project included the redesign of a 250 square meter Penthouse overlooking the Negev desert in the southern part of Israel. It occupies the top floor of a luxury residential tower. The owners have great love for Israel, mainly for the Negev desert. The original interior was totally destroyed and the project started nearly from scratch with just the outer walls to work with. The internal divisions were planned by Moran Gozali according the needs of the owners, who wanted a spacious apartment where the family can stay. The planning took about four months; while the actual work required an additional seven months.
The new Ashdod hospital is born out of the roots and the culture of Israel. We regard it as a home for the inhabitants of Israel- whoever finds himself here, feels at home. The project has been shaped through symbolic design choices that serve, through every detail, to root this new organism to the ground that hosts it. The project has been developed through the careful consideration of the sensations of both the people who find themselves, at critical moments of their lives, in need of care, and of those who work here. The new communal home has been designed through the eyes of all of those who will benefit from its services, who will experience important moments in an atmosphere of harmony and joy. It has won the WA Awards 28th Cycle 2018 and been finalist at the SBID Awards 2018.
This apartment, overlooking the beautiful beach and the urban views of Tel Aviv, was built in the late 1990s and hasn’t been renovated since. The owners, a couple with two young children, live in London and come to visit Israel a few times a year. They wished to renovate the apartment, update its design, and create a bright and modern look for their local vacations. They asked interior designer Maya Sheinberger to keep the existing layout but to redesign the interior to fit their needs, wishes, and personal style.

The Azriel Faculty of Design’s Workshops building (ECO-TUBES) contains several workshops (wood, metal, foam, paint and more), classrooms, offices and galleries, as well as the Gottesman Department of Jewelry Design. The building is part of the planned renovation of Shenkar’s campus by Geotectura.
Background –
Over the years, there have been several master plans and competitions that attempted to do this. Most of them called for demolishing the existing campus. However, the winning proposal was chosen, in part, because it offers a moderate solution based on stages and the ability to build upon what already exists; the plan fits the partial budget currently available and does not require an interruption of studies at the college.
