A local coffee house that transform itself to a dark alcohol bar when sun goes down.

Transforming space, the kind that knows how to create an intimate atmosphere of a neighborhood café and from the exact same components creates the atmosphere of a pickup bar.

‘ONE’- sushi restaurant in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv, Israel by Nir Portal Architects

‘One sushi’, is situated in the heart of very popular hi tech offices area, ramat hachayal, Tel Aviv.

Inspired by clean traditional Japanese design, ‘one’ preserves that tradition.

Elements of design were chosen carefully, layout were drawn minimalistic, colors pallets become monochromatic with a light lemon grass touch.

Restaurant “The old man & the sea” in Jerusalem, Israel by Nir Portal Architects

The Restaurant “The old man & the sea” located in a hangar on the platform of the ancient port of Jaffa, and is spread over an area of 900 square meters. Basis of planning we dealt with was the strict conservation guidelines.

The old man and the sea is an authentic Jaffa food Institute of decades decided to move to a new location-Hangar used by the fishermen of Jaffa and their boats for decades until it was abandoned due to aging and the dangers of it.

Topolopompo is a fire kitchen restaurant inspired by the exotic culinary traditions of the East. Its fire is omnipresent not only in every single dish but also physically as a prominent and active participant in space.

Topolopompo alludes to a tribal bonfire seating of old where tales and myths crystallized into indigenous cultural heritage.

Chyutin Architects won the competition for the design of the new campus for the Ben Gurion University in the city Beer Sheva in Israel. The new campus on a lot of 30 hectare and build area of 300 thousand square meters will double the size of the existing campus.

Nesher Memorial in Israel by SO Architecture

Nesher Memorial was built on a basis of an historic preservation building that was used in the past as a guarding position. In ’48 war the position’s used as protection to the residents of Giv’at Nesher. The building is located in the heart of a quiet neighborhood, on a hilltop, surrounded by a large square and a children’s playground.

For the planning a unique Penthouse in  “Opera On Sea” project in Netanya ISRAEL, was elected the office  “Domb Architects ” specializing in combined architectural and interior design using 3D software.

A luxury residential tower located on a cliff facing the sea there is an exclusive penthouse on the 31st floor that creates a harmonious meeting point between sky and sea, overlooking the breathtaking Mediterranean Sea.

The intersection of two streets in the center area of Tel Aviv, creates a particular site with a triangular shape.

The building, from the early 60’s, includes 6 floors, having one apartment on each floor.

The particular shape of the site was reflected on the original design of the building, creating a semi circular plan with only 3 round big columns.
