Article source: ReMa Architects

Architect Marina Rechter-Rubinstein, owner of ReMa Architects, was entrusted with planning the inspiring apartment, using a meticulous and welcoming design, overlooking the Mediterranean shores of the city of Ashdod.

The young couple wished to create a homely, inviting and embracing space for themselves and their three children within the 140-square-meter, high floor apartment that they purchased from a contractor in one of Ashdod’s new housing projects. To this end, they enlisted the services of architect Marina Rechter-Rubinstein, owner of ReMa Architects, who designed a space for them, precisely tailored to their tastes and needs. “This is a warm and loving family, above all it was important for them to turn the standard apartment to a welcoming space, and so throughout the work process I made sure to transform the structure into a family nest that they can enjoy for many years,” explains the architect.

VW- The Gymnasium Tower Tel Aviv in Israel by Raz Melamed

Saturday, December 18th, 2021

Article source: Raz Melamed

At the top of the tower in the center of Tel Aviv, this apartment is poetically peppered in shades of gray that are festively decorated with colorful art all throughout. To start, this unit was two apartments that were then converted by architect Raz Melamed into one house with a division into a private wing and a public wing, meeting the needs of this Israeli art collector who asked for an apartment that would promote his prideful, colorful, and happy art collection.

At the start of this process, the construction of the floorplan was carefully crafted to meet the customer’s requests, with each request having a design and aesthetic solution: the first of which was to create a partition between the hallway and the entrance to the house to create privacy. This request gave rise to an architectural constraint that led Melamed to examine the space and the first step into the house.

Wednesday, December 1st, 2021

Article source: YARON ELDAD

The jagged line that winds in and out throughout this garden-level apartment designed by the architect Yaron Eldad in Tel Aviv emphasizes interesting architecture and space with careful design.

This couple and their 3 children turned to Eldad with a property that did not suit their needs, as they suffered from the poor design of a low-rise ground floor, and a very high ground floor with no windows. The customers asked for a pampering and luxurious master room, a room for a future baby and another room. At the same time, they wanted an optimal space for hosting where they could comfortably accommodate a large amount of people.
