The space is designed for Ertürk Textile Denim Showroom in İstanbul Merter with signature of Pimodek Architecture and Design Studio which was founded by Arch MSc H. Basri Hamulu; rather than fabric display wrapped around a system in high shelves, having a post industrial cultural atmosphere beyond product stacking and by acting with the idea of exhibition of the rolled up fabrics in natural poses.
Sustainable retail and residential center by Avci Architects in Istanbul, aims to integrate the landscape with residentials and serve as an ‘Eco-Lifestyle Center’. A partially enclosed series of botanical gardens celebrates nature and biodiversity with harmoniously retail merging. The spatial experience showcases nature while focusing on being a timeless and sustainable concept that takes advantage of richness of the site and its unique position.
Frontal Identity Arising from the Dynamic Form: ULUGOL OTOMOTIV OFFICE BUILDING
Located on one of the most important life and finance centers of Istanbul, Ulugöl Otomotiv Office Building, designed by Tago Architects was approached as integrating a functional, genuine and qualified architectural design with its dynamic form and its frontal identity that will stick in the minds in the region hosting many iconized new generation real estate projects.
I-Tower office building designed by Tago Architects, an Istanbul based architecture studio, remarks with its dynamical form, its high technology and striking use of materials as well as its dynamical form the perception of which changes with every different point of view.
The inspiration for this project came from the tension between archaic and contemporary so deeply expressed by the city of Istanbul, where contrasts are the spirit of daily life. To epitomize this kind of tension we adopted a simple but powerful alphabet of opposed neat geometries. The overlaying of linear and monochromatic elements created different perspectives giving deepness to the space. Thus shaping an ideal background to the display of a wide range of product families, enhancing their decorative and plastic qualities and, at the same time, making clear all their technical features.
Arkvista is located in Caddebostan where was used as Istanbul’s summer residence neighbourhood. This neighbourhood has been transformed for years, and became today’s quiet residential appearance. Nowadays, Caddebostan and the district around are going through another transformation. This transformation aims to renovate buildings which are old and weak for earthquakes. In this context, Arkvista was designed to bring the traces of modern architecture into the district.
Far from being just plain decoration, The Populist is made of a series of projects ranging from photography and graphic design to custom made furniture and fixtures. All of them weave a unique concept across the space within a political and social Turkish reality.
The flat is on the fourth floor of Hamit Bey Apartment building which was designed by the architect Apostol Mavrodoglu a century ago and it is located on Gumussuyu Street in Taksim, Istanbul.
Istanbul based award winner studio Alper Derinboğaz,Salon designed Beylikdüzü Life Valley Bridges and Routes masterplan project with the guidelines of possibilities, the ideas, the dreams, and the scenarios under the title of “Keeping the Valley Alive” within shaping the future of the valley will be pieced together with the targets of keeping it livable, accessible, sustainable, feasible. Salon detailed the design process with in 3 main headings, namely Access the Valley, Feel the Valley, and Watch the Valley to make up the backbone of the project with the inclusion of transitions and strong relationships between different scales such as the civil society, the city scale, the district scale, and the bridge scale.
The project consist of a space designed for utilisation of the export division and a lounge area which serves that space, within the headquarter of a textile company.
