Conjunto Volcanes is a social living complex located in Guadalajara City, Mexico. Designed for a Real State Development Group that works mostly in middle an low income class regions, Conjunto Volcanes emphasizes on creating economic, accessible living units, that could have aesthetics qualities related to the context and could generate cuality living conditions that can mean a sense of appropiation of the living space.

Making reference to the colorful palette of nail polishing products, the project was designed with a strong palette to create an identity that could be replicated in any commercial space without loosing the feeling of the studio.
Zentral is located on a property with unusual geometry. It is a multiuse complex with offices, a shopping center, and apartments. Facing the Manuel Gómez Morín peripheral ring, Zentral enjoys a strategic location on one of Guadalajara’s main routes in the Puerta de Hierro neighborhood. Its soaring views of the city serve as a cornerstone for the project.
This set of 10 houses (first stage) is located northwest of the town of La Barca, Mexico.
The houses are built on an area of 924.04m2 in a horizontal subdivision called Jardines de San Ignacio which has approximately 450 lots which are mostly of 90.00m2 (6.00×15.00m).
Located outside of the city without drinking water services, drainage, in a rectangular land with a regular topography, the house is solved along the ground in 3 simple segregated modules, which allowed to be built in stages. The spaces are linked via exterior circulations directly coexist with the environment, sheltered by the horizontal roofs of the volumes that extend over the aisles.
The project is located in Jalisco, Mexico on the West Coast of the Pacific Ocean. It embraces a full conversion of an existing house of the 1960s.
The site of the house is on a silent road close to the beach on a rectangular plot, surrounded by small and typical 2 storey houses. A little garden at the entrance of the house on the west side creates an open space that can be used for parking as well.
Casa SE was built in a traditionally residential quarter located in the western parts of Guadalajara. It was commissioned as a permanent home for a family of 4 adults. The primordial drive behind the project was to create comfortable spaces and to allow them to establish their own dialogue with the outside through a series of private terraces. The program is accommodated in two levels, with the first floor encompassing the public areas of the house, and the second floor containing the dormitories and various terraces. The prevalence of windows throughout the envelope allows a great deal of daylight to flood the interiors.
The concept for the Filamentary Chapel is to create a processional scheme, a peripheral pathway around the chapel that promotes an introspective process in preparation for the religious ceremony and for a personal spiritual seclusion.
Located in an environment dominated by homes which have been built and occupied by their owners, between the Guadalajara City limits and the rural landscape, this house meets the needs of a small family with an active social life.
Luis Barragan’s Foundation as well as Diaz Morales’s House-Studio in beautiful Lafayette Design District located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico serve as the perfect backdrop for a recovered 1940’s modern architecture 240 sq. ft. building that would become Alfonso Cadena’s new concept restaurant “Hueso” (Bone).
