The Brisas house is an exercise in adapting the conditions of the place, something indispensable in the projects of Aresto Arquitetura. Subtly inserted in a small corner lot with steep topography, its implantation took place through two different levels with the objective of avoiding great earth movements.
The absence of views of the surrounding countryside served as a motivation for creating a “natural horizon” within the lot itself. The removal of foreign exchange allowed the installation of lateral gardens that extend to the hedge contributing to the nature of the whole ground floor.
Situated on a corner lot of 1620 square meters with flat topography, the contemporary-style restaurant is organized from 3 blocks: a service block, a public access block and a block with public toilets. In the basement was positioned the parking.
The service sector has independent entry and contains the kitchen, the grilling sector, the pantry, the depot, the employee restrooms, and the employee dining room and office. This sector has a conventional reinforced concrete structure with apparent bricklaying.
Located in the city of Jundiaí on a lot with very steep slope and triangular shape, in an area of native forest, this house was built with metallic structure.
The construction is structured in four different levels, distributed by the land so as to take advantage of the views of the surroundings.
Developed in a terrain with a triangular shape located in the city of Jundiai in the state of Sao Paulo, the residence was projected from two intersected blocks arranged in opposite directions.
Built on a flat lot with only 11 meters wide, the residence located in the city of Jundiaí, consists of a single elongated volume and two slabs.
On the ground floor are: the entrance hall, the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the toilet, the laundry room, the pantry, the storage room, the gourmet space, and the pool. On the upper deck are: the hometheater and the three dormitories.
