We thought of sport fields and green spaces with some buildings near them and not of the contrary. The 120.000 m2 plot had strong vegetation and big drops sloping down to a nearby water course. The first thing we tried was to fit in the required four football grounds with the obligatory north – south orientation. The two public football grounds were placed five meters lower than the two training fields to be adapted to the plot.
