McCann-Erickson Riga and Inspired Office in Marupe, Latvia by Open AD

Functional planning is made as stylization of union of inner room and outside- there are formed „streets” on which as seperated blocks are located „houses” with windows, facades, podiums, in floor recessed flowerbeds etc. For finishing and furniture is used simple materials- boards, lacquered MDF, white wall painting on 4th floor, grey lacquered plastula for 3dr floor walls.

Private House in Marupe, Latvia by Open AD / Zane Tetere

The building was constructed around a growing body compositional center-inner gadren. The idea for this project was inspired by stylistic Japanese tsubo gardens. Often constructed in confined spaces, Tsubo gardens represent the essential elements and create the illusion of nature just outside or even intering the room.

8 Blacks in Kuldigas, Latvia by NRJA Architects

Initially planned as a holiday house, at the end of the design process – socially active family’s living house complex at the River Venta near Kuldiga. The place drags in to live there.
