Memory House in Lima, Perú by Chetecortes Architects

Friday, February 24th, 2017

Article source: Chetecortes Architects

When I say Beach, we can quickly see the blue of the sea under a clear sky, next to the warm sand, bathed in an intense yellow light that illuminates the day. The relaxing sound of the waves begins to whisper our ears, while our body begins to perceive a refreshing temperature, the wind passing.

We create the house, understanding first the reaction of the people to the previous text.

Casa Lineal in Lima, Peru by Metrópolis Oficina de Arquitectura

Thursday, June 30th, 2016

Article source: Metrópolis Oficina de Arquitectura

The main idea for this house was to create a concavity to get a controlled view inside the lot.

The house is a small tribute to the pursuit of Mies Van der Rohe, where the transparency and the inner courtyards  were held.
