The relief of the desert hills, an extension of the Andes mountains that reach the sea, characterize the geographic space where the project is located. The proposal for this seasonal house sought to establish a direct relationship with the surrounding environment via the structure’s main volume and with the materials and textures used.
The Project´s basic idea was to have minimum impact in the natural setting. Having this in mind we planed the house to be felt smaller tan what it really is. In proportion it is 15% smaller tan the average existing projects in the club prioritizing the relation between the architecture and its natural setting.
When I say Beach, we can quickly see the blue of the sea under a clear sky, next to the warm sand, bathed in an intense yellow light that illuminates the day. The relaxing sound of the waves begins to whisper our ears, while our body begins to perceive a refreshing temperature, the wind passing.
We create the house, understanding first the reaction of the people to the previous text.
The house La Encantada III, is an oasis within another: the residential neighborhood of La Encantada, connected to the Villa Swamps, is in fact an oasis on the desert coast of Lima.
The project is organized in three parallel volumes that liberate among them free areas that protract green as a protagonist element.
The design objective of the project was to elongate the volume of the residence so as to take full advantage of the extensive plot. To achieve this, the traditional typology of a house-courtyard was reinterpreted thereby creating a succession of open spaces contained by the final building.

The concessionary company of the Panamericana Sur Highway entrusted us a complex for the collection of toll. The strong image proposed serves as reference in the highway and is easily perceived when cars come closer to this point. Besides the booths, the complex integrates offices, commercial areas and support services for this building.
Located at 46 kilometers from Lima on the valley of Pachacmac in the outskirt of the Andes, the house sits in a lightly incline 7500 square meter plot of land overlooking a Eucalyptus forest and the desert mountains behind.
We propose to create a frame-building ,despite containing a large amount of built volume, thanks to its peculiar shape, serves to add value to the landscape seen through it, and not interrupt the view.
