The Project is located within the city and consists of a 2 level house, designed for a young couple with 3 children.
The house is placed at the back end of the plot, with a longitudinal north-south orientation. This allows avoiding visual contact with neighbors, taking advantage of the views of the surrounding natural environment, and obtaining the correct ventilation, thermic comfort and luminosity control of the house.

The 1,200 square foot offices have an open, industrial feel with minimal partitions, transparent meeting rooms, and exposed structural and mechanical elements.

The Project is located in an existing condo in La Planicie, overlooking the Golf. Importantly, one of the family members is disabled, so the project should not have any barriers and integrate the lives of others, without altering the aesthetics and function. All in equal conditions. The project is articulated through a 1.50 axle wide circulation, containing all functions in two volumes.
The concept of this house was born by very clear requests from customers. The principal were trying to keep and cherish as much green space and use low maintenance materials. It was a very rewarding process that turned into a special feeling called Space and Matter.

OOIIO have designed this singular hotel for a Latin American promoter interested in creating a unique, innovative and worldwide recognizable building with a moderate investment. The building is located in Lima, a city which is enjoying nowadays a constant growth.
This house was designed in the first row, plot5 in Lomas del Mar beach in Cerro Azul, 120Km. south of Lima. The plot is a rocky and sandy hill in a half curved shape that reaches48 meters high above the sea level and drops steeply8 meters in its lowest part. It has a 180° view to the Pacific Ocean to the south, and a panoramic view of the beach to the east and to the north. The two main goals to develop the project were to fully exploit the best possible view to the ocean from the social area, as well as from the master bedroom, and to make the most of the plot of land.
We were faced with a plot of land shaped as a quarter of a circumference that had a height difference of 5.50 meters on the curved side. This side has a privileged view of the sea. In addition, we were conditioned by the construction regulations which enabled us to build two terraced levels.
The project is located in “The Casuarinas” urbanization in Lima City in a 1080.10 sqm plot. The Proposal contemplates the development of a two floor Residence with an upper floor access. Through a bridge you can gain access The parking garage is on level-0.70m. and come at it from the +0.00 level (street level). It has 05 parking lots.
