This project is located in the small town of Cholul, which is part of the municipality of Mérida in Yucatán, México.
The program consists of an entrance hall, a multifunctional space (living room, dining room and kitchen), terrace, studio, workshop, the master bedroom, guest bedroom, service area, the pool and a vegetable garden.
This project of offices was realized for a BTL agency, which considered RIMA Arquitectura to re-do the project of its offices, a satisfied customer with previous experience of the design and methodology of this architecture office. This time, in addition to renewing its image, they expanded the area occupied by the company. The challenge to carry out this project was to fulfill a budget in a certain time, with operating offices; That is to say, remodeling of the spaces went away working by areas without interrupting the daily work of the agency.
This apartment project occupies the lower level of a building on Mexico City’s west side. It generates a dialog between the newly constructed building and its environment, interweaving the project with its landscape and unifying indoors with outdoors.
The design process inserted targeted elements that produced a series of specific, outdoor spaces whose function is directly related to the apartment’s indoor activity.
\”Casa de Piedra\” is located in the state of Querétaro in Mexico. In this project we search to construct a fluid space that projects diverse memories tracing back to childhood places, haciendas, patios, and country houses; by uniting these multiple experiences we gave way to an assembly past elements with a purely contemporary perception.
Conceptually speaking, its design is based on a box set of simple shapes that generate aesthetical rotated volumes in such a way that allow to take full advantage of the available natural resources, creating functional spaces that serve as frame to the landscapes each area offers.
This corporate office is in one of the most avant-garde buildings located at the west of Mexico City, the challenge for Eskema Arquitectos was the client´s requirement an interior design project that strongly expressed the prestige of the brand and at the same time a certain air of informality. Another important topic was making the design of these offices different from the rest the firm has around the world and also to show that this are located in Mexico.
As you stand in front of the multicolored reception booth, you realize you are on the edge of entering into a dreamlike mist.
A burst of color coming out to the sidewalk in contrast to the daily gray that is discovered by the walker from the neon color-schemes suggesting a fascinating interior atmosphere. In the corridors and the perimeter circulation we observe the originality in the materials, finishes and design that jump in front of our eyes preventing the opportunity of analysis.
Perú 87 is a building with 36 apartments, between 35 and 38 sq m each, with an active ground floor integrated by three commercial spaces and a privileged position located on the corner of Leandro Valle street, which has been re opened and integrated into the traffic under a semi pedestrian configuration.
Construction works have begun on the Bora Residential Tower in Mexico City. Commissioned in 2015 by Nemesis Capital, a Mexican company committed to building new communities of the highest standards, the tower is within Santa Fe, an important business district in the west of Mexico City with a rapidly growing community that includes 3 universities and the regional offices of Microsoft, Apple, Sony, Roche and Amazon.
In this project the main goal was the relocation and interrelatedness of 3 companies within the same space so we found the ideal area of 460 m2 in a building located in western Mexico City. The remodeling and construction of Corporate R began with a great advantage, because 3 of the building facades are made of glass and this allowed the project to maximize the advantage of having natural light in all the areas.
