The fact of showing so many products in such a small space, of course, is a matter to consider. This Stand was designed to be presented on one of the most important Construction Material Fair in Mexico. In this space, we can appreciate the way how materials were exposed on a versatile manner: multiplying, dividing, deconstructing.
AFS Lomas Country project is a Residence located in Lomas Country Golf Club, about 20 minutes away from Mexico City, which gives the project the best qualities of a great metropolis, as well as the open spaces of Mexico State and its suburbs.

In this project we looked to create a corporate environment without losing the luxury touch on it.
Distributed in 2 levels, CTS pretended to accommodate several companies in the same space, trying to push the co-working between them and achieving an open space with an open floor concept.
This mixed-use project has as integration axis the following areas: commercial, residential, health services and a hotel. We decided to make the 3 levels out of plumb and complement it with an important area of public space, an outdoor park surrounded by terraces and restaurants with different specialties.

A small piece of land in one of the most exclusive developments in the city was the perfect excuse to put on practice what the project represents itself: unfold the barrier between the outdoor and the indoor space.
Casa Jalapita is a touristic place in the coast of Tabasco that can be used for cultural events, gastronomy and astronomy, recreative events, yoga, meditation, team building, wellness and mindfulness. It is one of the destinations to visit on the new eco-tourism map that is being developed for the coastal area between Paraíso and Frontera.
The Lemon Tree House, a single-family residence that develops on two floors. Its composition, divided into two clear sections: the first area, where the main access from the street is located and is occupied by the existing construction and the second area where the bedrooms and central courtyard are located. The courtyard functions as: terrace, pool and as a connection to the new building. The terrace, acts as a distribuitor, housing the beginning of the stairway and allows access to the bedrooms.
At the bottom of the building, a small commerce stands out of the complex and you just can’t lose it out of sight. It’s a space designed for an encounter lapse with the ambiance; by the morning, it´s the perfect spot for watching the neighborhood life. In the afternoon, it becomes a glass cabinet that illuminates the street and turns up in a lively mood with the clients that goes there.
The building lies on a 507m2 ground, nearly at the center of which grows a mesquite tree that was preserved within the building. Because of this, the entire layout of the house gravitates around the tree, thus making it into the foremost element within the intents of thisarchitectural project, and greatly enriching it.
The preexistences are the fundamental topic of this essay, of what’s intended to be a set of offices, where the work goes into the background and leaves the prominence to those “tenants” that were there way before us. “When the nature prevails over the built”, was the premise for the design and the marked line that led us to make this office complex in the north of the city. An area of 10m wide by 29m of depth, just a block away from one of the main and busiest avenues, which links the avenue to the project through a small low-traffic street that also presents a variety of native trees on its surface.
