Tourist villas “THE TWO” are located in Đuraševići Settlement, in Montenegro, on linearly developed location, surface area of around 1000 m/sq, delineated on one side with the road and on the other with the sea.
In regards to the set context, the buildings are articulated through two scenes, towards the road and the sea, thus forming integral spatial entirety. In addition to multi-functionality, quality connection between the water and the buildings via a deck and cascaded terraces is key strength of this design.
Štrafta Gastro bar is located in the city center of Podgorica, new city district – City Kvart Delta.
The project task of interior design was to find ways to offer a contemporary solution and present a quality visual identity that will establish a new brand in the market. Client’s desire was to transform the space placed on the ground floor of a residential building into a modern gastronomic bar.
Functional organization of space implies two interconnected spatial units, where the impression of streaming the ambiance to one another through the effect of ease and accessibility of space is gained.

Urban context
The site is situated adjacent to the river Moraca with its picturesque and park like river landscape. To the North it is neighbouring the new millennium bridge a landmark suspension bridge with a span of 140 Metres and a 57 Metre high Pylon. Our proposal for the new UN-headquarter for Montenegro is to lower the landscape to the level of a proposed promenade walkway for pedestrians and cyclists connecting the city centre with its surrounding hinterland along the river.

The richly textured landscape combined with the presence of a strong history and architectural language provides the inspiration for the planning and design of Luštica Bay Resort. With its dramatic setting, Luštica Bay Resort offers a variety of residential and hotel offerings.
In the landscape such as the Bay of Boka Kotorska, great challenge can be construction of building beyond a traditional “recipe”. It’s like when you grow up in a diverse ethnic surrounding where yours ” differences ” are not accepted and understood very well. In that situation, we should to celebrate “the differences” between people and like that today, with all social, economic and technological development, we must thinking about structure which will reflect the present, but without endangering “spirit” of the existing natural and built environment – “genius loci”.

Planning and designing buildings, in areas such as Budva, are almost always driven by clear guidelines that were established during the long and rich history. The subject area has many of high-quality surroundings aspects and views, like the old town, the island Sv. Nicola and the sea horizon. Therefore, making an architectural structure, on this location, has to be directed towards these benefits with an adequate response to the overall context.
EUROPEAN CHESS HOUSE IN HERCEG NOVI COMPETITION PROPOSAL
Agency for development of Municipality of Herceg Novi in association with European Chess Union has launched a single stage International competition for the European Chess House in Herceg Novi. The purpose of the competition was finding a best solution for the mixed use development. The program consisted of facilities devoted to promotion and development of chess (library, museum and tournament halls) and of hotel facilities ( 50 guest rooms, restaurant and lobby). The site is located on the corner between two streets, on steeply sloping terrain.
