Neuquén is a rapidly growing city in the north of Patagonia, Argentina, the provincial capital where more than 15% of the whole population of Patagonia lives. In a low density residential area near the Neuquén river in the homonyms city we can find the United Provinces Neighborhood’s Sports Center projected by the Argentinean architecture studios DeMarchiSalcedo. arqs. + Barigelli & Assoc. A community facility for the district.
The proposal is located in a hilly terrain in a short-dimensions block.
Take on an important main artery of the city, this urban element seeks to connect two non-integrated areas of the district and secure urban spaces for activities and meeting of citizens.
