T he main design goal was to find solutions at early stage of the conception to optimize this viewing experience and manage the high constructions density of this residential area in the future accordingly to the local urban regulation On a vacation rental perspective, the targ et was to maximize hosting capacity and entertainment experiences.
The property is accessible from the front street with an exterior stai rcase leading to the higher deck level. The house is sit on a large podium in order to get enough height to manage sea vie ws over t he street and the residences o n the front.
The pool is an additio nal extruded volume , higher than the deck level with 3 overflow sides. It creates a direc t visu al connection with the seascape and reduce the visual impact of nearer environment.

The front of this house is in the west, so it is necessary to limit the hot sun into the house, create wind to cool the house. Create a cover to help the house obstructs the heat of the sun but still ensures ventilation and light for the house. Arrangement of many small glassed windows with many different sizes for this cover,60% of these windows can be opened, closed actively to get wind and lighting.

Ccasa Hostel is the first hostel which was built from shipping containers in Nha Trang, Vietnam. The location of the hostel is on the north of the city, about 3km from the center, 3 minutes walking from the beach. It is close to famous sights in Nha Trang: Hon Chong – Hon Vo (huge rocky headland in associate with fascinating local myth), Khmer’s temple of goddess Ponaga, natural mineral water spring resort I-resort, etc.
Located in the central square of Nha Trang City, the building stands out among regular square blocks. The façade area is quite narrow, so the architect have transformed the monotonous glasses into colorful “walles”. A part of elevation space is used as a place to plant trees, as a result, it creates “green” balconies, brings the comfort feelings to the users. The façade area is quite narrow but the land plot is such a corner plot so the whole room is designed to receive direct natural wind and sunlight. All rooms come with sea views.

The house is close to a noisy environment,densely populated area and many polluted emissions from motor vehicles with very large volumes in Nha Trang city-a typical environment existing in urban areas of Vietnam. There are many narrow house in this area,or in this city in particular and in Vietnam in general, always lack of natural light, use a lot of lighting and air conditioning systems. Hence,those projects have created a consequence of consumption of electricity;heat radiation and energy sources discharged into the environment are enormous.
The house is nostalgia for Cham ethnic’s traditional house with a modern living space. The aim of the design is making a house using all familiar local materials and nomal building methods, so the design can speak itself with minimum care for artificial lighting and material use. The house is a 45degree diagonal block, divided the 18mx20m site into 2 triangle gardens. From here, all the views inside the house and toward gardens are framed in various ways – from the combination of basic elements: white brick walls, wooden beams, openings and the roof.
The house is located in Nha Trang, a city in central Vietnam surrounded by the beautiful ocean and mountains. The client wanted a large house with a large garden. Answering to this request, a single roof is designed as a hanging garden to plant numerous trees and plants on it. The local building code, however, requires almost 50% of the roof area to be covered by gray or orange-color tilings and to be sloped. To obey this rule but maximize the green area atop, the roof is divided into parallel bands of greened roofs and tiled roofs in an alternating sequence.
Located in the middle of the most crowded tourist center of Nha Trang, Vietnam, the hotel was designed to be a model of tropical city hotel to enjoy the seaside weather and healthy botanical environment of Nha Trang.

The AMIANA RESORT is located in the north of Nha Trang City ,situated along the coast, looking out over beautiful Nha Trang Bay which is voted one of 29 most beautiful bays in the world.The rear of the resort is mountainside, which also contain outer approaches.
