Introduction: It is well known that interior design has become one of the main tools of profound corporate evolution. Khaitan & Co, one of the largest and most prestigious Indian law firms took a leap forward by deciding to change the traditional concept of a legal office. Ultraconfidentiel, in charge of the complete Design & Build project, has translated this need for business growth into an uplifting, vibrant and contemporary design that still embodies the values and DNA of the historic company.
Located in NOIDA, on the 6th floor of a commercial building, Inshorts is a young media company, with an energetic vibe. With a creative and young team as well as a 24×7 operations, the client’s brief called for a set up that would energise the young crowd, aid the open office culture and work well within tight budgetary constraints of setting up the office. Founded by three IIT drop-outs, the intent was to have a space that would emulate the idea of a home; wherein the reception would manifest itself as the drawing room, the cafe would translate into the dining room, etc. With an existing office on the 4th floor of the same building, sufficient and insightful feedback was shared by the client on their spatial requirements including common requirements such as team briefing spaces, and unique requirements such as acoustic barriers between the gaming areas and the working areas. Such customized inputs enriched the brief.

They need a mix of functionality and flexibility. The shift in work culture has created a wave of co-working spaces catering to individuals and teams, with spaces for work and play.
Unboxed Coworking situated in Noida, India is one of its kinds. Designed by Noida based Chaukor Studio, its uniqueness is imbibed in its regenerative transformation from an old industrial unit to a dynamic coworking space.
An eco-sensitive approach to retrofitting – Retaining most of the surfaces and reusing salvaged elements from the old building creates a resource efficient and cost effective design process. An overlap of new layers to the existing patterns and form of the building gives the space its distinct character; a dynamic mix of old and new.
Minaret house is an amalgamative representation of modern technologies and traditional ideologies. The house is situated in an urban setting in the National Capital Region. The immediate surrounding area has very high density most of which have been developed as replicated housing units. In the midst of this repetitive and dense urban environment, the Minaret house is located adjacent to a large golf course in a plotted development.
REN Technologies India Ltd. is a service oriented company that provides its customers with various design applications on different types of mediums based on the end usage. The applications range from creating patterns, textures, CNC jaalis, 3D printing, digital printing on paper, wood, stone, tiles, glass etc.
The idea is to explore the various applications that are provided at REN Technologies and exploit the same to bring about the inherent character and reflect the identity of the company within the framework of the interior design.
Planned to be the Research and Development center for Adobe Systems, an American multinational computer software company headquartered in California, United States, the campus is conceived as a highly utilitarian and functionality-driven office. The brief was to plan a world class Campus for over 2000 IT professionals in an energy efficient sustainable Office space.
Gen next is a well-known preschool brand acknowledged for its ‘walk the talk’ philosophy. They follow a simple principle, ‘if you want children to be innovative and enthusiastic; you have to provide them with a stimulating and inspiring environment!’ ‘A home away from home for tiny tots’; this was the brief for the new school campus at Noida, Sector 62. It was a linear corner plot measuring 50m by 19.2m. Flanked by high-rise apartments on the north and west side, the site was framed by roads on the eastern and southern side.
