“Daily” is a place you can visit on a daily basis in order to drink coffee, to have a chat, to work or just to spend some good time. This coffee place has an arthouse movie atmosphere. From every perspective you have a sense of a movie episode where people casually interact with each other.
Our goal was to create a nice space where good people can enjoy good coffee.
There are two separate zones. The first one is a spacious room with a counter, a sitting area and a lot of lightning.
The interior of the 36 sq.m. apartment in a residential complex with panoramic sea views. Bright, multifunctional space consists of four zones: bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. For maximum disclosure and optimization of the function, we combined the living room and kitchen, where the kitchen consists of one volume, the island. We combined all the equipment (refrigerator, washing machine, boiler) and storage areas (wardrobes and pantry) with the bathroom unit, having grown it, thereby creating a single accent volume behind the hidden wooden facades. The bedroom is nominally delimited from the main space by a translucent partition. All storage areas in the apartment are hidden and have the ability to quickly access.
All the furniture in the interior, – individual production according to our sketches. Such decisions led to the most open, comfortable, and air-filled interior, with accents and without unnecessary details.
Odessa is a modern Ukrainian city with rich history and a mix of cultural traditions that go back centuries. Conservation efforts are gaining momentum, and one of our latest projects – 4CITY – has become a prominent part of this movement.

The residence is located in Odessa, Ukraine near the Black Sea coastal area. The neighborhoods of Arcadia is the main resort area in Ukraine which was defined like a main clubbing center of the country. The residence is erected from structures of two houses. Both buildings contain the same number of functions. The main facades of these two buildings are combined into a composition and oriented to a luxury apartment house. This solution of two buildings makes the facade visually reserved and provide privacy to the owners.
All functional areas are divided into three groups- private, public and technical areas.
Kyiv people have known the “Odessa” Restaurant since 1962. But the new time demands new rules. And today the same good, old, cosy “Odessa” invites guests, though in a completely new format.
Odessa is a rather original city, with its inexpressible ethnic flavour and centuries-old history, which is located at the seaside of the Black Sea in the South of Ukraine. You can truly understand and come to love Odessa only once you have visited it. This is why we didn’t aim at simply reproducing the spirit of this unique city. Instead, we were trying to identify invisible associative links through which the bright image of the place would be formed.
Yandex, the largest Russian IT company has recently opened its new office in Odessa, Ukraine. It is located on the 8th floor of ‘Morskoy-2’ business center. A 1760 sq. m. office is arranged around a light shelf and is tailored for 122 workplaces. Close to the atrium are the spaces, with no need for intensive lighting — meeting rooms, lecture hall and other premises, which are not used on a regular basis. Work areas are open-space and are mainly located along the windows. The windows, by the way, are facing the Black Sea and the picturesque port of Odessa. There are just several separated premises here: coffee-point, meeting rooms, canteen, and the sports zone, with table tennis, foosball, cardio-vascular machines and gymnastic accessories.
