A pool of water reflects the surrounding countryside.

The headquarters of the unified building institutions of the province of Perugia (Centro Edile per la Sicurezza e la Formazione and Cassa Edile) acts as a connecting element within its very heterogeneous semi-peripheral urban context, both typologically and figuratively.
