Réglette in Piemonte, Italy by atelier qbe3

A fun, dynamic and elegant work space: these were the Client’s requests for his new accounting firm.

Architectural concept comes from the idea to fill the entire space with numbers, because those are calculation’s basis, the central tool of the study’s work.
The interior space, walls, pillars and ceilings are conceptually transformed into a “trees forest” where the “fruits” are the numbers, packaging carton tubes represent the “Cuisenaire rods”, used by children at school to learn math.

In our city there are places, buildings, views that bring to mind images and memories.

They are “presences” that tell a story, often not known, linked to the dynamics of urban development of a city.

This is the example of the water tower of Fossano (Italy).

A water tank which is an important landmark in the city skyline.

Article source: Damilano Studio Architects

Oficina Vidre Negre was born as a contemporary sculpture, a symbol of a dynamic and continuous development with the need for strong identification, even in terms of image.

In a context of peripheral node of the motorway, the building is set within a park, planted with native species, in which a sort of town square accompanied to the entrance.

The dynamism of the client is shown in architecture, volume changing, a prism completely covered in black glass faceted and integrated photovoltaic panels.

The structure is split reflected in the wide expanse of water over the stage function, is the reserve of water for fire-fighting system and irrigation of the park.
