GRZYBOWSKA APARTMENT in Warsaw, Poland by NASCITURUS DESIGN

Sunday, October 19th, 2014

Article source: NASCITURUS DESIGN

This project is the effect of the work done on the 140 m2 space, which changed into a luxurious interior, becoming an alternative to the impersonal hotel rooms.  The flat belongs to a businessman, who visits Warsaw for business very often.  The guidelines were very clear: it was supposed to be comfortable and elegant.  Not necessarily the designer style, but rather classy and functional features is what counts here.  The apartment, located in the downtown area of the city, is at the same time a quiet place for resting and a foyer to the big city fun.

Two barns house in Tychy, Poland by RS+ Robert Skitek

Friday, October 17th, 2014

Article source: RS+ Robert Skitek

House is located in a quiet northern district of Tychy, near the forest complex. Access is achieved by cul-de-sac from the main road connecting the plot in its north-west corner. Zoning plans based on the analysis of the urban area imposed roof geometry and the maximum height of the building. The rectangular shape of the plot and its orientation towards the south-west suggested preferred location of the building.

Saturday, July 12th, 2014

Article source: Kabarowski Misiura Architekci

A house which is on the borderline. On the verge. On the line of the horizon. It is a white, horizontal hyphen between the blue and the greenery.

It is a suburban, detached villa with an intriguing contour and perfectly white, smooth walls. The edges of the roof were outlined with a robust line and three parts of the building readjusted one against another were optically connected in one. Huge glazing added some lightness to a compact mass and enabled the sunlight to permeate the interiors.
