The building with 3 stories, it’s and edification from the late 19th century, early 20th century. Suffered normal degradation as a result of non- structural modifications along the various occupations that had.
The upper floors were vacant but the ground floor was still operational with a commercial occupation.
The intervention intended to recover those upper levels given the new program proposed by the owner and taking in consideration the costs control.

Gallery Home aims to be more than more than a local hosting site, but a familiar place where the guest feel at home. Located on Rua Miguel Bombarda, one of the emblematic streets of Porto where art, culture and history live side by side with the locals and those visiting the many galleries that are open to the public.
This project presents a rehabilitation of an 19th century old building with an unusual triangle-shaped planimetry, with an deployment area of only 52m², following a housing program consisting of 4 lofts in open space.
This condition has determined much of the interior spatial organization solution, where a new staircase plays a major role.
The facade colors have been restored, with new frames. The wooden structure of the floors was maintained and strengthened.
Upstairs, the original volumetry of the building was restored, revealing a small terrace that crowns the intervention.
This project consists of the renovation of São Roque, a restaurant with tradition in the city of Vila do Conde but that was closed since some years ago.
The aim was to change the concept of the restaurant, creating a new dining room, which should take a more contemporary and warm character.
“Vira-Lata” is the name of the installation conceived by Moradavaga. This is a dental clinic project in the city center of Porto, Portugal. There are plenty of tile rendered buildings in this area and the design concept of this clinic is inspired by one of the typical tile patterns with windmill shape. Interior walls are finished with this windmill pattern. This pattern is applied to the Illumination and the furniture. Portuguese fabric made of wool called Burel is used as acoustic and adsorptive material on several walls.
Amid the architectural diversity of one of the most representative areas in Porto, Metamorfose,by creative team FAHR 021.3, stands out. The impact of the green metal mesh filling the void by one of the city’s gateway is undeniable. The result of this intimate dialogue with the city is absolute perfection when bringing together all the elements that make up the area around São Bento train station.
