The site is located in the district 3 of Ho Chi Minh and is a co-working space project to be built in the center of Ho Chi Minh. It is assumed that young creators living in Ho Chi Minh City, venture companies and local corporate starters of overseas companies are used, and each floor of 5 stories has different space. This is a renovation project, and the original building was an old building built in the 1990s, and it was repeatedly increased and remodeled so as not to keep the original shape. Furthermore, since the site does not face the main street and the visibility is bad, how to design the facade was a big point of.

Thong House in Saigon, Vietnam by NISHIZAWAARCHITECTS

Sunday, May 6th, 2018

Article source: NISHIZAWAARCHITECTS

“The perceived quality of life in buildings should come from the geometry and how that geometry connects to human beings”. It was the initial thought we had when being offered to design a row house in Phu My Hung, a new urban development area in the Southern Saigon. This project could be considered as another attempt to find a contemporary living manner in row house typology. The brief was to get rid of the way of living we used to have in common town house, where the staircase in the center along with the corridor to access spaces covered by four walls which isolate people inside his own world. The client is a nuclear family, consisted of the parents and two kids with the explicit wish to have a home fulfilled with natural elements while being able to improve the spiritual connection between each family member.

Sin Lounge Bar in Saigon, Vietnam by T3 Architecture Asia & Less Is More Design

Sunday, February 12th, 2012

Article source: T3 Architecture Asia

Designed by the studios “T3 Architecture Asia” and “Less Is More Design”, this elegant Lounge bar follows the thematic of the Sins. The design was pushed down to the smallest details (furniture, artwork, curtains selection, lighting), in collaboration with local enterprises as to show it’s possible to provide a high level of quality (design and construction) within a reasonable budget in Vietnam.  Architects voluntarily seek to distinguish the different areas corresponding to theseven deadly sins, while keeping the entire unit (level ground resin, stucco wall, styleof furniture).
