Above the city level, located on top of one of the central neighborhood’s hills, a sloping terrain gives way to the Asa de Borboleta Residence. Adopting the lifestyle and preferences of the family, the project approached the contemporary applied to the location and the direction of the land to the city related to the path of the sun.
At first glance, when entering the gate, a patio in front of the children’s bedrooms introduces the lightness and the relationship of the house with the outside. The brise element on the bedroom doors allows light and ventilation to enter, whether open or closed.
House E was designed for a third age couple, who moved to a seashore city located downtown Penha, Santa Catarina state. It is a touristic city where Beto Carrero World Park is located.
The design contemplates two floors due to the limited land area of 264 sqm. On the second floor there are only two suites with their respective balconies, and a front terrace which has access from the walkway that connects the ladder and the suites. The lower floor serves the social and service sectors.
From an exclusive hotel proposal, Greenhouse, at Felissimo Exclusive Hotel in Balneário Camboriú, aims to link architecture and nature through the available technologies, sustainability principles and the harnessing of the local conditions.
Through a simplified implantation that respects the steep slope of the terrain, the building, inserted in the intermmediate level of the gap, can be accessed by a side staircase, which explains by itself the criteria of implantation of the building. From the stairs, the access occurs by the lower level, starting from the lawn parking, or by the roof level, which is completely covered by vegetation to soften internal temperatures.
House D is located in Praia Alegre Beach, Penha city, Santa Catarina State, Brazil.
The order was placed to our office from the desire of the owners to build their beach house. Despite the short house area of 258 sqm, the family needed 7 bedrooms. Among them one should be a suite and one room located on the ground floor. The other 5 rooms and the suite are located on the upper floor. They are served by three cantilevered balconies.

Located between the Projected street L, corner to Eugênio de Bona Castelan and Meleiro streets, the building is placed in Criciuma city, State of Santa Catarina, counting area of 1711,58 square meters, being concluded on july, 2016. The architetonic party was based on the ground and solar positions, and the visual was also importante by choosing the insertion of the Project.

Man’s well being is obtained through his experiences, relationships and the natural and built environment’s influence. In his daily routine or in a sporadic visit the user/worker must feel comfortable in the space that surrounds him.
The new ISSEM Headquarters is not envisioned as a building in its common sense, but as functional spaces that connect to the natural environment, that places man at the center of nature and allows him to perceive that life quality is intimately connected to the occupied spaces, the connection between interior and exterior, in the act of feeling part of something greater. Integration and communication are the headquarter’s base concepts – integrating man and nature, workers and users, interior and exterior – achieving true sustainability.
