Triptyque Architecture takes part in a 150.000m2 master plan in the city of São Paulo organized around a university campus receiving 15.000 students. The whole project consists of four towers with a mixed program: 400 apartments, an hotel, offices and shops. Two others French agencies have been invited to work on this project: PCA and Edouard François.
Located in Vila Leopoldina district on a contemporary way of living building, this 70m2 loft belongs to a young musical and advertisements actor. His modern lifestyle reflects the concept of an integrated loft, whose social and intimate areas are separated only by a curtain, which also refers to a theatrical scene.
The Loft, with 105 m2, is located in the south zone from São Paulo, in a strictly residential buildings neighborhood, basically from the 80 and 90 decade. For this reason we started from a traditional compartmentalized apartment with exaggerated number of divisions and closed rooms if related to its area.
Diego Revollo is one of the prominent designers of interior architecture and decoration. The architect use classical elements as anyone in contemporary projects. He has started his career working beside masters and today he has his own office in São Paulo. In addition to several awards, he has made projects in the whole country of Brazil and also in South America. He also works as advisor of magazines specialized in architecture and decoration.
This apartment of 130 m2 is located in Alto da Lapa in São Paulo, it belongs to a lawyer who purchased the property in the floor plan while living with his parents and did not think it would be married when move.
The first ideas exchanged with Diego Revollo the architect hired to finalize the apartment led the client to realize the error of the previous decisions. As the project progressed, the client was discading several items already installed, as well as finishing bathrooms beyond the kitchen floors and balcony.
After an intensive search for just the right piece of property near Sao Paulo, our new clients, a mature couple, found the perfect location in Itu, and built a lovely weekend home in a valley bottom at a remote area in a condominium. From the glass living room, they can be in contact with nature and wildlife, and even see animals such as lizards, birds and small wild mammals.
Corujas building, located in Vila Madalena, is a building of offices of several sizes and shapes. The proposal for this structure is creating a more humanized space for work, going in the opposite direction to the traditional mirrored glass cubes located in regions of São Paulo, such as Faria Lima or Berrini Avenues.
The project rises in two attached sites strategically located in the Vila Nova district, in the center of the country town Indaiatuba, São Paulo, with potential to become a city landmark. The project envisages a residential building with 365 units ranging from 45,50m² to 190m², an office building, a hotel, and more than 90.000m² distributed in two shopping malls. It is also proposed the creation of a public square of nearly 4.000m² next to the access of one of the shopping and residential complex, in order to enhance their connection with the surroundings and the city.
Facing a small urban square, the Loft Studio opens entirely to the outside. The inner space of this photography studio flows into the side gardens of the building and into the urban space, establishing a spatial continuity between the square and the building. The façade, an aluminum gate is recessed into the concrete binding, integrating the front patio with the square; further, two large swinging metal gates – each more than 11 meters wide – permit fluidity between the gardens and the open space of the studio.
One hour away from São Paulo, this house in Itu is a refuge for a young couple and their daughters. A prime position on the banks of a small lake and the presence of a large Tabebuia tree guided this project that aims to fusion with the landscape.
