B+B House in São Paulo, Brazil by studio mk27

The arrival at House B+B – the access to the social area – is through an architectural trajectory, via an open ramp, located on the eastern side of the construction. This space is protected by hollowed-out concrete elements to the side, which create surprising effects of light and end up functioning as protection from bad weather conditions.

BUILDING IN HIGIENOPOLIS

Higienopolis neighborhood, in São Paulo, is marked by its 50/60’s intense edification’s, generously sized apartments, a remarkable architecture and a significant green area.

Therefore, the project intends to reinforce the prominence of the neighborhood, not denying, but opening up to this built landscape and simultaneously allowing the neighborhood to penetrate the intern spaces.

The P house is a puzzle game. Rotating three volumes around one nucleus generated not only a particular spatial dynamic, but also different visual relations between empty and full, between the private and semiprivate areas and the view of the city.

Paper Clinic in São Paulo, Brazil by WeNew Innovation

The entire project was built under 150m2 of re-used cardboard structures and paper packaging. After the exhibition, the space was 100% recycled. This is a conceptual aesthetic clinic that contains 7 rooms for body and facial aesthetic services, plus a reception lounge and a corridor.

Residencial Sílvio Baccarelli known as ‘Heliópolis Gleba H’ in São Paulo, Brazil by Vigliecca & Associados

The housing project and urban plan Heliópolis Gleba H, in Heliópolis, one of the biggest favela in Brazil with over than 130.000 people in São Paulo, the biggest city of Latin America, is the second of Brazilian architectural firm Vigliecca & Associados at this community. The first one, called Heliópolis Gleba A (2012), became a reference to the dwellers, who asked for similar houses when a new housing development was announced. They considered the apartments’ wide service area as one of the projects highlights that contributes to quality of life.
