The Mill House in Surrey, England by OB Architecture

The Mill House is a Grade II listed property located in Shalford village Conservation Area. The house is set within a generous 6-acre plot with stunning views adjacent to ‘Shalford Mill’, an 18th Century watermill with Grade II * listing.

The Client’s brief was to extend and remodel the house at ground floor to provide a light filled kitchen dining area that would open out to maximise the potential of the beautiful garden.

Cedar House in Surrey, London by Seeding office

Comprises a historic detached building with Georgian façade but with origin, in part, said to date back to before the times of Henry VIII.

The front elevation, facing the river, dates from the mid to late 18th century and hides much of the older building which is basically 15th century, altered and enlarged in the 17th and 18th centuries.

5G Innovation Centre at University of Surrey by Scott Tallon Walker Architects

Scott Tallon Walker architects have won the competition to create the UK’s first Innovation Centre focused on 5G networking based at the University of Surrey. This is possibly the first such facility in the world and will house the UK’s largest academic research centre for mobile communications with 130 researchers and around 90 PhD students. The project has been given an urgent status and is being undertaken immediately. It’s expected that it will be completed well before the end of next year.
