Villa Nyberg in Borlänge, Sweden by Kjellgren Kaminsky Architects

Kjellgren Kaminsky has produced Swedens first series of passive houses sold as type houses in collaboration with Emrahus, with the goal to make this environmentally friendly building technique available for all. Villa Nyberg is the first one to get built. The villa has been customized for the Nyberg family and is situated in Borlänge, central Sweden.

Salongen 35 in Malmö, Sweden by Kjellgren Kaminsky Architects

In April 2009 Kjellgren Kaminsky won an open competition for passive houses with the builder Höllviksnäs Förvaltnings AB. The competition was organized by the city of Malmö for the last vacant site in the Bo01 housing exhibition area, in the western harbor. Now the houses are to be built.

Lecor Steel Factory in Kungälv, Sweden by KKA

KKA designed a new office building of 1100 sq m, adjacent to a new industrial hall, in Kungälv for the steel manufacturer Lecor. The building, which houses the Lecor headquarters includes offices, dining area/kitchenette, meeting rooms, a library and changing rooms.
