The wonderful light of the Mediterranean enters into this house through its large windows establishing a continuous source of dialogue with the outside.
The elementary colors and noble materials join hands in this project in an inspiring atmosphere.
The restoration and recovery inside the Castle of Calafell were carried out years ago. Later, however, excavations were conducted in its extramural environment in which the remains of human activities of great interest: burials, food storage, remnants of older buildings, remains of the passage of vehicles… were found.

Located in Campclar neighbourhood, the new centre for food distribution was designed and built in only three months on very low economic resources, with 120 volunteers completing the build on the final morning.
This project started some time ago. Close relatives brought up the idea of constructing a wc/changing room in the garden. A place to change in and out of a bathing suit since the pond is used as a pool, thus avoiding having to go to the house in order to get changed. A place also to wash one’s hands after the “calçotades” that have already been established as a winter tradition. Pen, paper and inspection of the area to decide where would we place it.

The place is located to the North of the city, in an environment of crop fields and wooded area of great landscape and visual quality, configured in a building housing single-family homes under an urban layout quite orderly and understandable.
A 250 long by 18 meters wide plot perpendicular to the sea, with an arable area, leading from the beach itself to some old ruins, canes and lemon trees.
The house for the photographer II is at the end of the plot. Constructed on a platform 70 cm high above the level of natural floodable ground, three small irregular floor plan and section buildings dialogue through an empty space with fleeting views.
The project of the house M, it is located in La Nou de Gaia, a small locality in the north of Tarragona, Spain.
It is a small village, but with an ancient very well kept center. The house is located in this ancient center, which rises on the plateau of the zone, with historical defensive character, so that the zone northwest of the village looks at “Els masos de Vespella“, with a very attractive sights and a fantastic sunset.

The project is based on the construction of the club house for La Graiera golf club, an 18-hole golf course and a pitch & putt course in a bow-shaped lot with an east west facing slope. The building is situated on the widest part of the site and its design achieves the best views and orientation.

The prison is an uncomfortable institution and its architecture is often subjugated to technocratic criteria. This servility forces the prison out of the sociocultural realm where it belongs, thus erasing it from public discourse. The invisibility of the penitentiary as an institution demonstrates an unresolved contradiction underlying contemporary society. We intend to explore this contradiction through architecture.

Nowadays designing an education facility, either a school o a high school, means working with a series of preset and regulated parameters by the administrations commissioning the project. These parameters go from the qualification and quantification of the program, to the election of the structural and construction methods to erect the building. This design constraint favors undoubtedly the speed of the design process and the construction of the building, and has become over time a typological system that delves into the concept of generic architecture, that has seems so appreciable at the moment due to economical reasons.
