The apartments are on the fourth floor of an office building in the area of Ladadika, at the heart of Thessaloniki. The floor area was previously divided and used as four separate offices, which are now unified in order to create two independent and self-contained flats. The larger one, at 85 sq.m., includes a living/dinning area with a kitchen, an en-suite bedroom and a guest wc. The smaller one is 35 sq.m. and combines the kitchen with the living area, while it has a separate bedroom and wc.
In 2000, the Municipality of Thessaloniki launched an International Architectural Competition for the redevelopment of the New Waterfront and in 2006 the construction of the 1st prize begun. The first part (around 75800m2) was completed in 2008 and the second part (around 163000m2) started in 2011 and was completed in 2014. The total length of the New Waterfront is 3km. There are 2.353 new trees, 118.432 new plants, 58,75 acres of green spaces and 11.557m2 of playgrounds.

Floor, Pavilion, Inflated Pneumatic Structure
Four Piers (Eleutheria Square, Megaro, Aretsou, Perea) were designed for the Architecture Competition for the Thessaloniki Water Transport Piers. Each Pier is composed of three elements: the Floor, the Pavilions and the Inflated Pneumatic Structure.
Given the fact that the client was a newly arrived surgeon in Thessaloniki (Greece), we were handed the task of creating a memorable office space, providing an experience as distant as possible from the usual image one associates with a visit to a doctor’s studio.

The Solar Panel Factory is located in Kilkis – an industrial area north of Thessaloniki in Greece. The building comprises two production lines, input and output warehouses, technical support areas as well as administration and staff areas.
