Designed by Montgomery Sisam Architects Inc., the Greenwood College School Expansion is a 74,0002 -building addition located in mid-town Toronto. The dense, four-storey structure adjoins the existing school at every level above grade, increasing the School’s square footage by 120%. Making efficient use of limited land, it features a balanced mix of work spaces and social space that supports a personalized, new-century approach to learning.

After just a handful of years, the company had already opened offices around the globe including Vancouver, New York, Melbourne, London, and Dublin. Each office occupies a former industrial building with interiors that honour the property’s legacy, renew its productivity, and reflect Slack’s values of empathy, solidarity, and craftsmanship.
Located just East of Wychwood Barns, this old Victorian home was built nearly 100 years ago. The house had since been divided into two separate flats. Our clients came to us looking to maintain the street presence while opening up the interiors and modernizing the space.
Hariri Pontarini Architects worked in close collaboration with St. Thomas Commercial Developments Inc. to design 7 St. Thomas, a building that harmonizes retail and commercial design through an inventive interplay of form and light, blending Victorian and contemporary materials to create a unified work. Six heritage townhouses are integrated into a three-storey podium, with a sinuous six-storey tower above. The development houses retail at ground level and condominium office spaces throughout, blending high design, ecological responsibility, and civic enhancement.
