Apartment in a modern style with industrial details for a young businessman.
The main decision was to made studio apartment with one bedroom and two bathrooms. We have separated the space by using the glass partition, to line up the boundaries between premises , but at the same time to achive open and floating space. Glass structure is made by using technology of “smart glass” system, it can become matte to achive more intimacy of the room.
The interior is made by using dark color pallete and variety of materials, with different structures, surfaces such as brick, natural African black stone, onyx, leather, copper, wood etc.

The interior of the bistro PILOTKA was made by studio YUDIN Design
The building has a total area of 100 sq.m. The Ukrainian designers were standing face to face with the task of creating a universal interior, which could be comfortable for the most diverse guests.
Heads of YUDIN Design studio, the twin brothers Aleksandr and Vladimir Yudin decided to stop on the style of pop art, adding it with recognizable details from aviation subjects. We started from the name, Yudin brothers said, “that brings back to the forage-cap typical of the uniform of flight attendants.”
PILOTKA is filled with light and, despite the small volume, it seems quite spacious. There are two halls: the main composed by large windows and an open kitchen which allows guests to observe the process of preparing dishes, and another in the back of the room designed for 12 guests.
Hotel buildings are realized in the minimalist aesthetics with natural, eco-friendly materials. Through the glazed hall one can see the lake and the pine trees. In the interiors designers used wear-resistant panels and glass, replacing short-life plasterboards. In contrast to city hotels often without balcony because of the noise, in Verholy Relax Park the rooms are equipped with balconies, where one can admire the surrounding landscapes and breathe the fresh air.
The visual and mood accents have been made with contrast black color, linear elements supporting the rhythm of the pines outside, and emotional details such as birdhouses and the decorative branch cuttings with wooden bird figurines – a symbol of Verholy Relax Park.
Odessa is a modern Ukrainian city with rich history and a mix of cultural traditions that go back centuries. Conservation efforts are gaining momentum, and one of our latest projects – 4CITY – has become a prominent part of this movement.
We were presented with a 1890s Renaissance Revival building that had seen its best days at the turn of the last century. It was a popular medical spa facility, with lots of inner tiled spaces and minimal provisions for foot traffic.

Just look at the tabletops from Java Island and luminous stones on ceilings, restrained minimalism and an unusual play of contrasts. This rethought and cosmopolitan philosophy of Pan-Asia is embodied in the new Kyiv restaurant.
Democratic Italian restaurant Tartufo trattoria is located in the heart of Lviv, on the third floor of the Forum Lviv shopping center. Such location greatly influenced the concept of the interior. We decided to move away from the classical and usual perception of Lviv, having left only the materials strongly connected with the spirit and mood of the city. Brass, white marble and oak appear in the interior with a modern twist – without decorative carving, monograms and facets.
BAO is a modern Chinese restaurant that embodies the atmosphere and energy of three megalopolises – Singapore, Hong Kong and New York. We used Asia and US Chinese restaurants as a guide for the new place. Thus, the idea of cosmopolitanism and cultural migration between the East and the West was represented. As far as our client designed this restaurant for Kyiv citizens, Chinese cuisine has been adapted to the food excesses of the Europeans.
