The project allows to alternately expand the functional space of the house depending on the changing needs and growth of the family. The house consists of main base unit and several additional ones. The base unit (128.5 m²) is the principal. It consists of living room, bedroom, kitchen-dining room, boiler room, bathroom, toilet facilities. It is a fully independent living unit. The additional units which are the children’s rooms, bedroom, cabinet, garage and terrace join to the base unit in the designated areas. The additional units can be added to the main unit at the same time or alternately depending on the real needs and opportunities of the residents. Thus, the house can “grow” with your family building up the necessary functional areas.
The house is located on a clearing in the middle of the homogeneous oak-tree forest, with all the premises exposed to the natural surrounding with their outer contour.
The peristyle comes as an antithesis to this uniform context. Is closed courtyard unites and brings together all the functional zones of the house.

Designers of “SVOYA studio” created private space where everything is made for a quiet rest and peaceful life in the bustling metropolis. The customer wanted to convert the Kiev three-roomed apartment into two-roomed with a spacious area that combines the kitchen with the living and dining room as well as a bedroom with a shower room and a big closet. An important wish was to create the most “honest” atmosphere that means to use natural materials, only the original positions and in every way to support the Ukrainian manufacturer of decoration and furniture. Following this principle, wooden tiles, brought from the Carpathian Mountains, were used in the living area. And ceramic tiles and décor from local potters were used in the lobby. The apartment is decorated with elements of the product design from “SVOYA studio” such as lamps “VPOTOLOK”, pedestals “IZDEREVA”, outlet “8-bit”, a triptych with decorative nails “8526 strikes”, as well as paintings by Anton Sokolov.

The restaurant is a part of the hotel recreation complex Relax park «VERHOLY». The location of the complex and functional purpose of the restaurant itself became crucial in the choice of concept of a future outlet. And the restaurant serves as a public catering facility both for guests living in the complex and for visitors who have made up their mind just to have a good time al fresco, breaking away from hustle and bustle of the city. For this purpose the complex offers a whole variety of services: beginning from strolls in the woods and finishing with swimming in the pool or horse rides.
