This house is unique and special, because it has round form and a huge list with technical task. We named it Traveler’s house, as it characterizes the main idea of interior solutions. The hallway, living room at first and second floor, kitchen are made in Mediterranean style with Italian motive. This is affable, neutral and cozy style. All of these concern central area of the house. One of the most elegant rooms in the house is a parlor. There is Italian wood, which contrasts with light ceiling. The parlor is genuine, with real antiquary staff from all over the world. Also, there is a big library with books, which the costumer loves to read in his comfortable leather sofa. On the walls you can see the collection of butterflies, sea knots and other interesting things. Another impressive thing is consolidate ceiling with beautiful picture of ancient myths. A huge aquarium also is located in the parlor. It impresses it’s underwater world: live corals, sea urchins and rare fishes. A monumental table, sofa and chairs for playing chess — all of these are the attributes of real parlor. On the first floor there are two guest bedrooms. They are very cozy and comfortable. One of them is in Spanish mood, another — in Dutch style. Master bedroom the architects made in Provence style, while children’s room are in English mood. All of these rooms are joined by unified approach and holistic interior solutions, which create a special atmosphere in the house. On the ground floor there is a billiards room with the rest room, tea room in Japanese style, sauna with pool and massage room. We are very happy that the customers live in this house and use all of it’s facilities every day.
There were a lot of criteria that formed the style of this institution: simplicity, conciseness, practicality, relevance of the interior during five years. The main difficulty of the task is a miniature multifunctional space. Visitors – mostly girls, lovers of sweets and champagne, called associations of birds in cages. Copper and arches are not only modern trends, but also an analogy of a golden bird cage.
There is a catchy wordplay in the Pub’s name in Ukrainian, but when translated word-by-word, rather than as an idiomatic expression, it is invariably associated with youth, fun and healthy leafy greens.
The Pub is located in Lviv city center, in a three-storey converted industrial building. Two large rooms on the ground floor and enclosed cobblestone courtyard have been integrated into the Pub’s design.
PUNKRAFT is a craft beer bar just around the corner of a historic pedestrian street in Podol, the Kyiv downtown. This basement spot, packed with craft beer fans these days, used to host a cocktail bar.
Our task was to change the schematic layout of the premises, keeping its kitchen and toilet facilities location, to equip cold room for beer kegs storage and completely redesign the interior including the entrance and guest zones.
Interior project in a minimalist and contemporary style by the designers Maxim Doschinsky and Pavel Voytov of the studio ZOOI for a family with a daughter.
The total area of the apartment is 300 square meters, resulting from the merger of three apartments. Thanks to this redevelopment, ZOOI designers have created a spacious open space that encloses kitchen, living room and dining area; then there is a master and guest room, children’s room, nanny’s room, a laundry and three bathrooms.
The house is located in the suburbs of Kiev city, on the territory of a cottage village, surrounded by deciduous and pine forests.
Customers invited the FORM Bureau to work with the interior. They wanted to have a cozy, light and simple interior style, which will always allow them to add their favorite decor, brought from different countries. The customers are a young couple of modern successful people. Originally, they defined their main rule – beauty should be functional.
It is difficult to describe BURSA in one word. It is not just a hotel or a restaurant, not a bar or an art gallery. It is all of the above, a bespoke hotel complex fitted comfortably into a mix of centuries-old buildings in historical and cultural center of Kyiv – Podil.
Our very first meeting with BURSA’s founder was an instant ‘click’, followed by months of panning, designing and building. Our shared vision – to create a conceptual space with its own philosophy – has materialized as a unique place with distinctive design and multiple functionalities.
DOCTOR U is a two-room children’s outpatient clinic, located in a new residential complex in Kyiv.
Our main task was to create an atypical atmosphere for the medical institution, which does not leave negative memories in children and thus does not program them for further fear of visiting a doctor.
The architects of SVOYA STUDIO faced the task of smart arrangement of space and creation of laconic and comfortable interior in 135 m2 apartment in the city of Dnipro.
During the design decision phase, owners of the apartment focused on provision of as much space as possible for the child area through reduction of the living room space. As a result, the following areas were formed:
7 Goats it’s a new innovative hybrid cafe-bar concept from YOD, realized in Mariupol. Probably, the name of the institution reminds everyone known from childhood fairytale «The Wolf And The Seven Little Goats». Quite logically arises a question: where is the wolf here? There is also a wolf – he goes to hunt with the onset of darkness, so in the evening the cafe becomes a cocktail bar. In this is the hybridity of institution: during the day it works in the café format with breakfasts and dinners, and in the evening it’s transformed into a bar.
