191 APT in Odessa, Ukraine by M3Architects

Tuesday, February 12th, 2019

Article source: M3Architects

The interior of the 36 sq.m. apartment in a residential complex with panoramic sea views. Bright, multifunctional space consists of four zones: bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. For maximum disclosure and optimization of the function, we combined the living room and kitchen, where the kitchen consists of one volume, the island. We combined all the equipment (refrigerator, washing machine, boiler) and storage areas (wardrobes and pantry) with the bathroom unit, having grown it, thereby creating a single accent volume behind the hidden wooden facades. The bedroom is nominally delimited from the main space by a translucent partition. All storage areas in the apartment are hidden and have the ability to quickly access.

All the furniture in the interior, – individual production according to our sketches. Such decisions led to the most open, comfortable, and air-filled interior, with accents and without unnecessary details.

Thursday, January 31st, 2019

Article source: Azovskiy Pahomova architects

A stunning bar Winovnik was opened at the center of Dnepr, which is ready to offer the best wine in this city. We have done everything to make all the ideas real, the space, where all attention belongs to wine! At the main hall you can taste 30 kinds of wine and try chef dishes and at the adjacent space you have an opportunity to buy a bottle of wine that you like. Creating a design of the café we were focused on neutral tones and a feeling of lightness. A monochrome of the brick has it’s continuation in calm colors of furniture. Luxury green curtains complement the main color palette and divide space into functional zones.

Friday, January 18th, 2019

Article source: O.M.Shumelda

Happy Place is a combination of cozy residential architecture and modern solutions in interiors. This house has its own unique character, style, and emphasis.

The interior is designed for a young family with children, – here you can find the opportunity of immersing into your own world and relax from the noisy city life.

The transform of one space to another was skillfully presented. Here you have everything: a cozy corner for family meetings near the fireplace, a spacious kitchen that smoothly turns into the dining room, lounge for the rest with friends, and even a pendant swing where you can solitude with your favorite book. The highlight of this project is the children’s “Happy Place”, where parents don’t limit the space for children’s fantasies and craziness and, of course, a lounge attic, where family evenings with movies and parties with friends are held.

Apartment in Lviv, Ukraine by O.M.Shumelda

Wednesday, January 16th, 2019

Article source: O.M.Shumelda

Interior is designed for a young couple, so we needed to make a comfortable living with stylish design and maximized area.

Mezzanine allowed to solve the problem of the small area and usage of white color and glass partitions takes the visual part. The first floor acts as an active zone here: in a single open space, there is a hall, a living room, a kitchen and even a bathroom, which the authors placed behind a glass partition to avoid the walls of the premises.

Bedroom and a wardrobe, that is combined with the library were located on the second “floor”. Such “semi-story” placement of these zones allowed to significantly increase the area of the apartment, and the rooms themselves found the atmosphere of comfort and chamber.

Article source: ARCHIMATIKA

The first residential complex in Ukraine based on the block development principle, instead of customary Soviet micro-district type.

Different number of stories of adjacent buildings (ranging from 2 to 16 floors) forms a picturesque image of every street. A restored park with perennial trees, sculptures and a fountain, block development, pedestrian courtyards where you can play with children – all that makes this residential neighborhood intimate and cozy. It has set a new level of quality in a residential building due to the block development. Thus, the industrial territory turned into a good living environment and the status of the district as a whole increased. Residents have received a complex, comfortable environment with green pedestrian courtyards. Full infrastructural service includes fitness clubs, stores, kindergartens and schools.

Spicy • NoSpicy in Kiev, Ukraine by YOD Design Lab

Monday, January 7th, 2019

Article source: YOD Design Lab

Spices have an effect on mood, desire and person’s feelings, so no wonder that in Asia spices are given special significance. However, nowadays Ukrainians also have the opportunity to test the miraculous properties of Asian spices, not going to Asia itself. For this purpose, it is enough to visit the Asian kitchen & bar “Spicy NoSpicy” in Kyiv, where spices play a fundamental role.

The main dominants of restaurant are open contact kitchen and contact bar. Well-known chef Yuri Priemsky heads the kitchen here. All processes in the kitchen from cooking to dishes delivery for waiters are open. However, the main feature of the kitchen is that the visitors can observe the preparation of dishes and freely communicate with cooks, sitting at the big tabletop, which separates the kitchen from the hall. Also behind this stand, the chef shares secrets and treats the guests.
