More than 400 square meters of stone walls form the silhouette of the house, located in the region of l’Horta Nord, València.
The ground floor is a shared space, which opens to the garden and the swimming pool.
Casa R is a project by Ascoz Arquitectura, located in the region of l’Horta Nord, València, in which two parallel stone walls of large dimensions support and frame the access to an elegant and Mediterranean house. Borning from these walls, the rest of the elements of the house flow southbound.
The house is an exhibition of balancing sophistication and comfort. Its structure of concrete strips generates dynamism between light and shadow.
Residence 321, which Ascoz Architecture signs in La Ribera Alta (València), evokes the same sensations as a stay in a luxury hotel. With more than 625 square meters (6,500 square feet) spread over three levels, this residence is an exercise in balancing sophistication and comfort.
Located on the main street of a town near Valencia, the house is part of a fragment of 20th century history.
The existing façade and building footprint are protected, but the volume exceeds the needs of the new project. Faced with this situation, it is proposed to empty the interior space in ruins and show it in an innovative way. From the outside, the façade maintains its character, without modifying the street, which becomes a kind of scenery from another era. The tone of this old façade is unified with an antelope gray treatment that goes completely unnoticed.

This project is located on Antonio Ferrandis Street and is part of the P.P. Quatre Carreres. The location is especially privileged because it is located on the southern edge of the city, separating two radically opposite plots and scales, admiring the large expanse of orchard that extends to the Albufera Natural Park and with visual continuity to the sea.
The NIU project arose as a way to innovate on construction systems, seeking to increase precision in the materialization of architecture and, through these solutions, to improve the quality of human environments, making them more sustainable and healthier.

Cavanilles in his work “Observations on the natural history, geography, agriculture, population and fruits of the kingdom of Valencia”, quotes La Pobla de Farnals as a “llogaret que creix de dia en dia”, in Spanish “a little place that grows day by day”, and describes it as an example of a village in the Valencian Horta dedicated to agriculture.
El Llogaret reinterpreted by Nada is inspired by the emblematic Mediterranean villages with a design that combines tradition and the avant-garde. Something very much ours with a modern twist.
Masquespacio presents its latest project in Valencia for Living Bakkali.
Living Bakkali, like the restaurant’s name expresses is a place to live sensorial experiences both for the palate as well as for the tact and the vision. Inspired by the Middle East the design wishes to take you to the most profound part of the dessert, connecting you with a marvelous environment for many unknown and full of mystery.
This way the project initially is presented through a layout of the different areas that recreate small corners like if you were at the fantastic Orient with its lounge seats that invite the different diner groups to relax and connect with each other, while they enjoy the creative dishes from Living Bakkali. At the same time the diner will be curious to discover what the other corners of the place hide, partially revealed through the different windows in the style of Arabic architecture.
The house is located in front of the Mediterranean, in a place where an imposing dune protects the coast from storms. This starting point defines the configuration of the project. The house is materialized with two volumes arranged perpendicular to each other.
In order to have views of the sea, the program of uses of the house is inverted as opposed to the traditional scheme, the day area is arranged on the upper floor to be able to look over the top of the dune and uses the lower level roof as a belvedere. The night area is located on the entry level, perpendicular to the sea. The circulation is arranged in the most public part of the plot open to the pool area, while the rooms open onto a beautiful garden consolidated with small species that existed in the place. The cantilever of the upper floor ends with a kind of cloister open to the sky that allows the main room to be illuminated from the south while maintaining privacy, and at the same time casts the necessary shade on the lower level. The staircase is drawn at the intersection of both volumes, marking the access point of the house.

A former seminary and residence for the Legionnaires of Christ with a natural setting of great interest. A residential area with low population density and where the Mediterranean forest dominates the terrain. This is our project´s point of departure.
The project consists of making a musician’s studio coexist with his home. It is located in a residential area near Valencia, where neighboring houses are very close to each other.
