Diên Khanh House in Khanh Hoa, Viet Nam by 6717studio

Sunday, October 24th, 2021

Article source: 6717studio

The urbanization is strongly developing from the city to the rural areas in Vietnam. The city tube houses have began to appear more and more densely in rural areas, disrupting the peaceful and poetic image of the village. Dien Khanh house tries to retain the traditional familiarity that is gradually fading away of rural houses, in order to create a fresh living environment, close to nature and the surrounding environment, but also satisfy modern life and contemporary social development.

From the birdview, the project is both strange and familiar with the combination of undulating tile roofs in harmony with the charming scenery of mountains and rivers in the land of Dien Khanh.

Thursday, June 10th, 2021

Article source: KSOUL Studio

Being inspired by what might have been considered obsolete by the young generation, Ksoul decided to utilize vintage and extreme high-functional materials and coloration to remind the customers of the construction trend and social situation in the 90s. First and foremost, the most important factor is the overall structure of the project, window-panes are aligned separately as in the famous building at 42 Nguyen Hue street, Sai Gon, Viet Nam.

T4 House in HàNội, ViệtNam by Landmak Architecture

Tuesday, June 13th, 2017

Article source: Landmak Architecture

T4 HOUSE is a house located in the same massively constructed villas with the typical design. But to the landlord it’s a “timeline” with many ups and downs after more than a decade living there.

When they moved to a new house, instead of selling this house, they decided to renovate it for rent. This was a way to help this house both have people living and be operated to keep it from degrading, but to them (the landlord) it’s kept as a memory.

Thursday, April 16th, 2015

Article source: 07BEACH

It started from the concept to make a Sushi restaurant that provides truly real Japanese Sushi made by highly skilled Sushi Chef.
Prioritizing guest’s higher satisfaction rather than achieving more seats, Removed the existing upstairs to make a high ceiling one-story, Composed only 8 counter seats main-building and a new-built annex. By separating the main-building and the annex by the pond, The annex private-room is emphasized its value as visible but inaccessible.
