Architects were assigned to design a corner villa in an urban finished civil work.
In here, series of apartments were finished civil work and sold many years ago. Many of them have not been used and damaged by years when the urbanization is ahead of the need of people.
The villa overlooks a wide space with an extensive view and a large meadow. From the inside of villa, one can see the whole of Western view – the main hot direction of Vietnam climate.
Density has always been a strong characteristic in the design problematic of Hanoi, historically horizontal condensation has been the phenomena and more recently a new vertical layer of construction has come to intensify the development of the capital. Contrasting the habitual trend of compacting built density, the Organic Café plays with architectural distinctions to propose a resilient microcosm within the urban context.
This house is built on a land plot of 9m wide x 11m deep, near the intersection (traffic light) of the large street where many of vehicles. We design by creating a box block with a minimalist front and started cutting (sculpting) the windows and logia positions to get the light for the rooms inside. “Drop” inside this minimalist and modern box is the Traditional block space with many roofs, small gates. Like “curling” a street into a vertical direction.

Stepping Green House is the idea of a home with a living space arranged with gardens, creating an urban living space close to nature. This is the second house we have done in Ninh Binh, also on the same street compared to the first house. We continue to seek creative ideas about spaces that are close to nature, pursuing the true meaning of living space and architectural form, instead of making French castle architecture that people here are favored.
Located in the center of BacNinh city, the house can accommodate an extended family of 4 generations. Its design is inspired by light and space effects, which resembles the “cave” style in a humid subtropical climate to bring about positive and vivid experiences to users’ senses: low (at the entrance), wide and high (inside), narrow (nooks and crannies), open outwardly (door system); even light distribution (outside), gradual darkening (inward), streams of light (from above), alternating vegetation, etc.
Q house is a small house, located in a suburb of Da Nang, Vietnam. With 100 square meters of land, the design was formed with the idea of a tropical house so it can suite well with the Mid-Vietnam weather conditions.
The architect’s idea was a house with a simple shape with all rooms and spaces are chaining-operating that can match well with the owners’ needs.

The house is located on Mac Dang Dung street, new urban area of Hoa Xuan, Cam Le , Da Nang. Take advantage of being near the river, the architect has refined the design of the doorways and skylights so that the house can always receive natural light and the cool breeze every day. Located in Nha Trang, a sea side city of Vietnam’s south east coast, this residence is 1 of 3 vacation villas (the stone house, the timber house and the glass hous e) with a very privileged location. Carv ed into the hill, the site of 42 0 sqm enjoys a unique ocean view, overlooking the bay and mountains in the background. However, the high construction density of the street will affect in the future the sea views if not anticipated . T he main design goal was to find solutions at early stage of the conception to optimize this viewing experience and manage the high constructions density of this residential area in the future accordingly to the local urban regulation On a vacation rental perspective, the targ et was to maximize hosting capacity and entertainment experiences.
The property is accessible from the front street with an exterior stai rcase leading to the higher deck level. The house is sit on a large podium in order to get enough height to manage sea vie ws over t he street and the residences o n the front.
The pool is an additio nal extruded volume , higher than the deck level with 3 overflow sides. It creates a direc t visu al connection with the seascape and reduce the visual impact of nearer environment.
The Bridge embodies a design solution responding to the context of the spatial and socio-economic landscape of urban Vietnam. Housing the teams of the several luxury brands that make up the OpenAsia Group, typologically located between warehouse and logistic service buildings, the structure will stand enigmatically in the middle of Old Hanoi.
The proposal envisioned the office building as a series of platforms lifted by two cores of concrete; one containing the circulation paths and main services, the second being the support for all documentation so called “the memory wall”. In-between can be found an open space, free of any columns, open widely on both sides to large windows creating.
The apartment is located in urban area of Da Nang city of Vietnam. Housing typology in urban areas is getting more and more monotonous because of the plot sizes available. Most sites are rectangular with common walls and front connected to main road. Front side is the only source of light and ventilation making it challenging to design. Houses in rural Vietnam are planned around common spaces lile gardens, ponds, lakes where people connect together. In urban areas, due to lack of area there are less community spaces affecting the users and their connectivity with each other. As the structures started getting higher, maintaining connectivity between the users became difficult. The main concept of the structure was derived from terraced fields. The units are stacked on each other with stepped terraces which provides plenty of light to the apartment units. On the inner sides, atriums are provided so as to get natural light and air ventilation. Stepped terraces provide connectivity between the users and increase vertical interaction. There are small common spaces, gardens for users to gather and interact with each other. The material used for the construction is unburnt bricks which are environment friendly. Brick texture gives a sense of warmth and simple village life of Vietnam. The objective of this design is to combine nature and light to create natural and healthy living environment.
