Jianye Football Town, a town of sports aesthetics in the Cherry Valley Scenic Area, Erqi District, Zhengzhou, integrates in it the natural scenery, sports, recreation and culture. According to the construction plan of the football town, a Jianye Football Town Tourist Center of about 3000m2 will be built at the main entrance to the football town on the platform southwest of Houzhang Highway. It will be the reception and exhibition space for the whole football town in the future.
The tourist center lies at the entrance and represents the image of the football town, and the owner, Jianye Group, naturally hopes that it is unique, eye-catching and unforgettable. The difficulty in the design lies in how the architect can design an original building that blends perfectly with the local environment.

As a traditional culture since Han Dynasty, tea drinking still plays an important part in Chinese people’s daily life. From the traditional Chinese tea ceremony to young people’s favorite tea drink brand HEYTEA, MOC DESIGN witnessed that traditional culture had stimulated many new forms as the advancement of the time.
In this tea drinking space, a modern approach, which is more related to young people, is employed to reshape Chinese traditional calligraphy and explore the possibility of calligraphy in the context of new era, achieving the high-level integration between the space design and HEYTEA's brand spirit.
Tea has inspired the literati for thousands of years.
Zhenghong Property Air Harbour Office Project, designed by Aedas, comprises three interconnecting office buildings in Zhengzhou, the provincial capital of Henan Province and a major transportation hub in central China.
The design scheme delivers a straight forward solution by laying three office blocks along a narrow site, catering to government, corporate tenants and the client. The blocks are connected by shared facilities and rooftop terraces to deliver three-dimensional vertical urban spaces.

In their design for Le Meridien hotel, Shanghai-based firm Neri&Hu envisions a new landmark for Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan province. Henan, once the ancient political, economic and cultural center of China and home to many Emperors, today welcomes the international traveler. To showcase Henan’s history through its Arts (of Literature, Nature, Food, Theater, and Pattern) the architects conceived of the building as an “archive” of new and old artifacts that becomes a point of discovery for residents and travelers alike.
