This space located in the main road of the center city of Fukuoka. This is the restaurant of the famous Japanese style of “mizutaki” of and “motunabe” dishes.
This restaurant has a new tenant on the first floor of the old building is located the main street. Old building was often the height of the ceiling was low. Here is that’s right.

We have black paint with no gloss on the low ceiling as a countermeasure. And We expect the effect, such as not mind of the ceiling height by installing the lights and louvers on the ceiling.

Floor first partition the reception and the seats in the screen-like wooden cherry tree wall, set a cloister from both corners of the wall, we placed the seats in the center area and along the outside of the cloister. Six tables and 10 chairs and 2 lines of sofa has been surrounded by a height difference and different of the material walls and \”Kumiko\” : wooden lattice panel (traditional crafts). \”Kumiko’s house\” has lined up 45 at the top of this Kumiko panel. Outside of the seats along the corridor has been partitioned by such height of different wing wall. It is not a private room but privacy can be ensured. You can enjoy Japanese dishes in this space surrounded by Kumiko panel and cherry walls and plastering of walls

+mizutaki: an unthickened stew 《of chicken》 cooked on the table.
+motunabe: hot pot stew made with offal, vegetables and (often) miso
