Layout – It is a new building with a fixed layout. This interior is dominated by an almost 360-degree panoramic sight. After entering the flat, you can expect an open-space concept of a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. In addition to that, the flat has two bathrooms, a walk-in wardrobe and a bed room with a view of Prague Castle.
Concept / Colours / Materials –The purpose of the flat is not primarily for living and, therefore, the selection of materials was considerably brave and bold. The dominating material is grey concrete plaster coating which can be seen on the floor, walls and even on the furniture. Cabinetmakers made the table and bar boards of 400-year-old wood, obtained from an old barn in Austria. The imported piece of wood underwent a treatment to look old specifically for this project and was assembled later on site. Raw steel was used for a steel island and furniture. For a soft feeling velvet was used here; we can see it on the sofa and bed upholstery. Dark colours simultaneously multiply the impression of the night city.
Niloufar villa with a total area of 700 m2 is constructed on an area of 800 m2 in Lavasan.
This project is located in a relatively dense urban neighborhood in a narrow, uneven terrain. The owner decided to use the villa temporarily for holidays and the program was based due to this fact.
In addition, his desire was to build the maximum possible construction and use of heights for a wider prospect due to lack of land for landscaping.
Due to the limited width of the terrain in the northern section where the villa should be constructed, the architects, decided to layout the spaces considering the limitations and spaces priority. In this way, the whole project is categorized internally and externally to a specified mass that shows inside and outside as an integrated unit, and this integration brings freedom of action for the residents.

Located along the East Coast Road by the sea side, the beach house functions as a haven from the bustle of city life.
The building explores the notion of objects in a landscape. A strong sense of landscape prevails both within and outside the house. “To bring out and make apparent the invisible logic of nature, one must oppose it with the logic of architecture”.
A conscious decision was made to build on just 1/3rd of the site area; the remaining was used to blur the line between built and unbuilt, carving out spaces for recreation and leisure in the outdoors.
Located in a exceptional and privileged place, the houses of Asu are designed as single family houses that dance at the same rhythm. Due to the adjustment of the houses to the slope, they are a composition of volumes in movement that, being part of a family, maintain their own independence. This movement gives kindness to the volume, dinamism and visual richness. On one hand, every house is adapted to the needs of each owner. On the other hand, they have the soft and friendly finishes common. They also take advantage of the natural light that comes from the Cantabrian Sea.
Villa Didaar is located in an area where the Caspian Sea and the green mountains of Northern Alborz meet. As requested by the client, the main objectives of the architect were creating a fluid and transparent connection between the sea view and the green landscape around, as well as interconnecting the interiors while having separate and defined spaces for a large family to rest and feel cozy, plus an immediate connection with the environment outside.
Therefore, the large Villa has been designed in three separate sequences, which slide on each other in a free and independent way, while keeping the unity of the entire building as a whole: “Ground floor” (including the swimming pool, saunas, sport area), “The middle floors” (including family spaces, family and guest bedrooms and living rooms in two floors), and the “upper floor” (consisting of the guests’ separate suites and a common sitting area) which gives a wide view over the surrounding landscape.
Seven-theater cinema with cultural space, community center with concert space and dance studios, 342 residential units, a shared garden, bespoke artwork, and retail space Three residential buildings offering exceptional views of the great Parisian landscape anchor three corners of a mixed-use block. At the heart of the project is a cultural center for the new ZAC Clichy-Batignolles district in Paris’ 17th arrondissement: a seven-theatre cinema and a community center. These public volumes, anchored to the ground, give way to the public realm and are crowned with hanging gardens. Three residential blocks emerge from this base, climbing up to 50 meters. This simple distribution of masses effectively resolves the inscription of a complex program on a high-density site. Thickened facades permit a band of generous loggias around the residential blocks. Architectural precast concrete on the buildings’ facades situate the project within the material tradition of Parisian stone and concrete and gives each of the three buildings a singular expression from the ground to the sky: the twisted form with its torqued effect (sand colored), the chiseled bar with continuous balconies (in white) and the pleated tower with its progressive fold (in white).
An integral part of the residential construction „Riedgrabenweg“, built by the Frohem housing cooperative; this new monolithic concrete building containing a community hall and two apartments has been completed as the last stage of the project. The shared hall on the ground floor opens out to the garden on both sides and seeks a dialogue with the other buildings on the street. The building is both humble and bold, its form a reference to the four remaining single family homes from the 1930s lining the Tramstrasse in Schwamendingen. Under the sweeping copper roof are two further apartments with their own terraces in the oversized dormers.
The See Through House is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Singapore and was conceived together as part of a larger project comprising seven other houses. The client had resided in the old house sited atop this large piece of land; it was decided to develop six additional houses that would surround the old house. The owner selected six architects to design six distinct new houses. The old house would undergo a make-over conducted by another architect. Wallflower Architecture + Design was commissioned to design the first house in the cluster of seven sub-divided plots. The old house sits on the highest point of the land and has a panoramic view of the city. In order to preserve the vistas, Wallflower’s brief was to design a house no taller than the 2nd storey balcony of the old house.
