Sojou Fooding Concept in Casablanca, Marocco by dumdum design

The mission of dumdum design was to create a global concept for the new healthy restaurant brand SOJOU. The first restaurant opened in September 2011 in Casablanca – Morocco. From the interior design to the graphism, dumdum design has imagine a concept in perspective of other openings.

Sojou is a high quality fast food and salad’bar . Sojou’s offers is a fresh and delicious home cooking. A clear and contemporary atmosphere, with pure and dynamic architectural lines. White and mustard yellow paints punched the design furniture. Architecture and graphisme in coherence with the cool and accomplished image of the Sojou.

Take a basket at the entrance and make your choice of home-made meals in the self service fridge, wich leads you naturally to the Salad Bar. Here, a waiter welcomes you at a large counter with the salads to compose by yourself and some more preparations. You can savor you healthy food on take away or at the restaurant. The restaurant space is bright and cosy, with large bay window and wood floor . A large and contemporary fishnet curtains intimates from the self service. Behind a yellow sky appreciate a welfare moment on the bench, or choose a stool at the high table. Focus attention on details, like the corian  inlay of the logo in the table’s tray. A terrace is fitted with furnitures carefully selected , to extend the SOJOU atmosphere outside.
