Article source: Márcio Rodrigues The central idea for this project is to preserve the existent building. We consider it as a crucial part of the urban fabric and his demolition would mean a huge gap in the Rue de Seine street facade. Program
The upper floors contain one restaurant and kitchen per each, opening the possibility for each to function as a specialized restaurant, with its own weekly or monthly specialty. We also enphasyze the kitchens and promote interior connections between them so the teaching space can be more dynamic. The last floor is a panoramic bar that we maximize with the glass walls. There is also a balcony in the top floor. We designed this part, thinking in the “nightly” use of the building. Project Share this:RelatedContact Márcio Rodrigues
