Article source: RTA-Office The 200.000 square meters complex aims to create a new and contemporary urban space. We have distributed the volumes on the parcel in order to get at the same time both an open public space and an intimate one. The many passages through the project offer walk paths for resident and visitors. The mixed-use project occupies an entire block of the city of Qingdao.  Image Courtesy RTA-Office
 Image Courtesy RTA-Office We have studied thoroughly the environment and character of the city to propose a project that the city can feel its own project and that has a unique character. Qingdao is famous for the Tsingtao brewery, established in the city by the Germans and that produces Tsingtao beer, the most famous in China and exported all over the world. We paid special attention to the configuration of the volumes; we set them very carefully and in a harmonious way. And also we paid attention to color-scheme; the result gives a touch of elegance and warmth to the complex.  Image Courtesy RTA-Office Different uses are distributed in buildings:
